It’s one of my favorite nursery but unfortunately, it’s out of business :(they had the best selection of tropical fruits trees in the bay area. Wish the owner and staff the best of luck.

A great nursery with lots of orchids to choose from. We were helped by Cindy who was fantastic – so knowledgeable and helpful. We learned so much from her as well as bought some beautiful orchids. I urge everyone who wants to buy orchids at a great price to visit this nursery and don’t forget to ask for Cindy.

We have been customers of this family owned and operated nursery for years. I found out about this place from my sister when her family used to live in Morgan Hill.
The nursery itself has been around for 20+ years and is located in the southernmost area of Morgan Hill between Santa Teresa and Monterey Highway. The directions to find this nursery are easy to follow.
Upon arrival at the nursery, you will find the parking area is limited and not paved. If you arrive on a busy weekend/​season, you might find yourself parking out on the street instead. If you do find parking on the property (left and right immediately when you pull in), be courteous and park so that others can park next to you or are able to get out.
You will see fruit, citrus and flowering trees outside the nursery building. Signs are clearly posted to let you know if there is a sale and what the percentage is. As of my visit yesterday, 7÷9÷14, there is a sale of 50% off the original price for fruit trees and 20% off the original price for citrus trees. This is an excellent bargain for trees that are in good health and well cared for at this nursery.
Entering the first building on the left, you will be greeted with an abundance of gorgeous plants: orchids of several colors, shapes and types, Asian Feng Shui plants (Lucky Bamboo and Pachira aka Money Trees), Bonsai trees and other plants. This nursery specializes in Phalaenopsis orchids aka the Moth orchids. There are orchids that are in simple plastic pots waiting for you to place in your own decorative urns or you can buy a ready made orchid arrangement to give as a beautiful gift for someone special or even your own home!
The folks who work here are very helpful and will provide you with helpful tips to keep your trees, orchids or any plant you purchase from them in good condition. Cash and credit cards are accepted. I’m a regular here because of the quality of their plants and the friendly customer service.

Hands down the best place to buy orchids. If you don’t live in Morgan Hill, it’s worth the trip! We bought 26 orchids for center pieces for a party. She have us a deal! Some clearance orchids were on sale for $ 1.99 and up! I ended up buying 4 orchids for my house! I highly recommend this place!

Wow! I ate my Buddha’s Hand Citron-it’s delicious! I’m growing the Korean pear and dragon fruit in my backyard; both are starting to bud. I can’t wait eating the fruit from the trees I bought from this nursery! Oh-​my orchid I bought is thriving, too!

OMG, a total gem in Morgan hill!
I found this place through Unilocal and boy am I glad to find such a wonderful florist. Tiffany was more than sweet and helpful when I came to her for orchids! Shas has a large variety of orchids and flower pots for such good prices! I only buy orchids once a year for my family and grandparents during Chinese new years. I bought 3 large orchid arrangements for under $ 20 and a small one for myself for only $ 1.60!!! I even got to pick up my own pots to match them up with the orchids. I have definitely found my go to place for orchids!

Wow, if you like orchids this is the place for you. Many too choose from with excellent selection be it color or size. Great prices, friendly staff and an extensive selection make this the go to spot for orchids in the Morgan hill area.

I have been coordinating a special event for my job over the last few weeks. Due to a tight budget we did not think we would be able to have centerpices for each table, let alone beautiful large pink and white orchids.
Prior to visiting Valley Orchids, I called and spoke to Tiffany regarding our event. I work for a very large not-​for-​profit medical organization and asked if discounts are given in such cases. Tiffany said she could work out special pricing and I was very happy to hear that and looked forward to my trip on Saturday.
When I got to Valley Orchids and made my way to the orchid room, I could not believe my eyes. I have never seen so many beautiful orchids. They were stunning, and large with various pinks, whites, yellows, etc. I was so excited. Tiffany was sweet enough to walk us through the isles and personally pick out each Orchid as she knew what to look for. She then proceeded to give us an even bigger discount, which I was not expecting. She said she had talked to the owner (Benny) and he agreed to give us a larger discount as we were both medical and not for profit. In addition to this Tiffany explained how much I needed to water them and how often.
I can’t thank Valley Orchids enough. Our event is this Friday and it will be the talk of the month. I will definetly use them again for other special events and I highly recommend Valley Orchids as a vendor for beautiful orchids.

Selection changes constantly so I stop by here as often as possible and I always find something!
I’ve grabbed orchids for as cheap as $ 0.50 at times.
The staff is incredibly friendly and very low pressure.
I can’t recommend this place enough.

Even though the name says orchids, they sell more than just orchids. They sell fruit trees, flowering trees and other green trees. They have a great selection of pots for your plants. And they can beautifully arrange your plants into their decorative pots.
Their space it is clean, well maintained and organized. The sell their stuff at a reasonable price, and you can start to bargain with them if you start buying more.

I got married several weeks ago, and had my heart set on having live, potted Phalaenopsis Orchids as my centerpieces. It was suggested to me to have Home Depot try to special order them because many vendors could not sell to me directly. I got in touch with Home Depot and began working with a manager there on what type of pot, orchid colors, etc. that I wanted. She was great and even suggested I go down to the vendor in Morgan Hill if I wanted to pick things out in more detail. I did not end up having time to do this, but I could not have been more absolutely thrilled with how they turned out! When we went to pick them up at Home Depot, they really took my breath away with how pretty they were. On our way out of the store, no one could walk by us without commenting on their beauty :) Valley Orchids did such a fabulous job in creating these beautiful pots, that really stole the show at the wedding! Each pot had (2) huge, gorgeous orchids which were primarily white with pink centers. they were surrounded by sprigs of color which looked great against the black pot. (I would post a picture, but I’m new to Unilocal,so haven’t gotten that far yet. maybe can do it in the future;)) All the wedding guests raved about them, and many of the female guests who lived locally were blown away and thrilled when I told them that they could take one home if they liked. I, of course, kept one for myself as a beautiful, perfect reminder of an unforgettable weekend. Thanks so much Valley Orchids (and sorry I don’t know any specific names for who put these together) for obviously taking so much time and care with creating the most beautiful centerpieces for us! We really appreciated it!
