I am aware that this is a «chain» however there is no «green» in the green goddess wedge salad, the brunch burger that my partner ordered was not medium rare but well done, and my French onion soup was like warm and the cheese was not melted. All three items are simple to make so I was irritated. The hostess was short and irritated we asked for a booth w a practically empty restaurant, and the waitress was«ok.» I wasn’t expecting anything 4 star but it should have at least been edible. The temp of the restaurant was 63 degrees as well and the other patrons, though few, were in jackets. If you want a burger, salad, soup, or a beer just drive the extra mile to yanni’s, at least their heat works. And last but. Not least, there is a game device on the table… If you even mess with it you are charged a $ 1.99, absolutely amazed.

If I could give zero stars I would because we never got a chance to even sit down. It’s Monday night and we just tried to have dinner here. After waiting several minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge us, despite having greeted the only other waiting family while we were standing next to them. She finally came back to tell us it would be a five minute wait. She mumbled it too and refused to make eye contact. As more than half the tables were empty, this didn’t make any sense. Once I got on Unilocal and checked it out, I see this is a recurring issue and wasn’t likely to get better once we were seated. So, we left and found someplace else to eat.

My friends and I went to lunch here during the week. This place has gone downhill since they first opened. The waitress was very inattentive as I sat there for more than 15 minutes without having my drink refilled. My friend sent her steak back due to the steak not being cooked properly. If your looking for somewhere to have lunch and be quick then do not go here.

We came here at 2:30pm on a Saturday. Let me start off by saying the staff here is nice. The waitress was very friendly. The problem is the food. My mother got the Bruchetta Sirloin and I got the Burbon Street Sirloin and half a rack of ribs. My mother said the stuffed portobello mushroom was by far, the best thing on her plate. My steak… Was sad. It was gray-brown in color, and had a texture I can only describe as mostly gelatinous. In addition, it was completely flavorless. After a few bites of steak, I pushed it aside because the texture was making me nauseous. The honey BBQ ribs were decent, but not the best I’ve ever had. The waitress took $ 10.00 off of my meal in an effort to make up for the steak. While it was a nice gesture, there is no making up for the poor quality of the food. We will not be back.

I’ve been twice, hoping that the first time was a fluke. Alas, it wasn’t. The food portions were skimpy, the music way too loud and the service was lacking. The second visit was marginally better, but since we were there at 10 pm there wasn’t much in the way of competition for the waitresses attention. Still too loud to carry on a conversation, but I’m an old fart and would rather hear my friends than the crappy stuff called music these days. I may well go back again if I’m feeling lucky, but until I hear better reviews I definitely won’t be a regular customer.

Went back on 1÷29÷15 and wow just wow is all I can say. We waited for 40 minutes on a Thursday night and at any given time we would count 5 open tables with no one at them. Hostess folks seriously need to be trained. To beat the boot, the appetizer came out 1 minute before our food and it was just chips and salsa. To make matters worse the manager gave someone else(another table) our ticket. Those folks paid our ticket as it was less than their. The manager came over to apologize and said since they paid it and left it «disappeared» out of their system. He claims as default we had to take their ticket. While he did reduce the cost of the other folks bill by $ 5 we ended up paying it as it cost us $ 5 less. Not too excited about the customer service, horrible service and less than mediocre food. Not sure we will be going back.
