Bouncin Kids

5 stars for the facility and the bouncy structures. No stars for the staff member that allowed their 2-​ish little boy to run unsupervised the whole time. My daughter was about his age and he repeatedly hit her and I had to intervene. In the bouncy structure close to the front desk, the mother/​staff member repeatedly told him not to hit while he was in the structure and told him that he needs to stop hitting kids all the time (seemed like an ongoing problem)…but she did this from the front desk. Yeah, really effective. The kid was allowed to run free with only occasional check-​ins by the mother and the other front desk person. I’m sure he has seen other, older kids be wild and aggressive while there, which is expected, it’s a place for kids to expend energy. But seriously, seems like a staff member is using it as a daycare. Although, in daycare, toddlers are supervised.

Very fun for kids of all ages. Areas designated for younger kids. There are a lot of rules but they are useful. It is rarely crowded and great for birthday parties!
