Days Inn And Suites

Was perfect for what we needed. A shower and a place to sleep. We had a nonsmoking room and it did not smell. Everything was clean except the dust ruffle on the bed needed a wash. No frills and the furniture shows some signs of wear but I would stay there again.

Well, there was a bed. The room seemed relatively clean, just worn down and old. Drawers were broken, blanket had holes worn into it. Window was broken.
The halls smelled like smoke. Not just like a little smoke, but like casino in the middle of the country smokey. It wafted in whenever I opened my non smoking door.
Had to call the cops because of a DV situation next to me. Called the front desk first as a head’s up, they came up and asked the guy if he was being loud. Guy said no. Front desk said okay, went downstairs. Guy went on a rampage going door to door saying he was going to kill whoever complained. Front desk stopped answering the phones after that, but the cops let them know.
Check in woman literally said four words to me, despite my smiles and attempts to ask about services at the hotel. I actually felt like I was on a really bizarre candid camera shoot when she shoved a paper at me to sign, without saying what it was or why I should sign it.
Giving it two stars because there were no bugs that I saw, and I didn’t die. Also, some guy called me sweetheart in the elevator, and he had a southern drawl. I have pretty low standards.
