Brought my bmw in for a oil change and a turn signal light that was out. Two workers heard me tell them to replace the bulb and one repeated it to the other. The cashier guy then also told me they replaced the bulb. IT WASNT REPLACED!!! I immediately noticed as I drove away. So my question is, how many employees at this place does it take to change a lightbulb?!
