Our brand new garage door has discoloration and a split in the wood. They said they would replace it in six weeks and we never heard from them again. The owner Matt will not return my phone calls. We spent a lot of money and we got totally taken advantage of. DO NOT BUY OR INSTALL A DOOR FROM ARTISAN DOORWORKS. Total fraud.

Beautiful, expensive custom garage doors. Poor customer service, and no support when something goes wrong with these doors. Delighted at first, disappointed in the long run. Cannot recommend
