Asian Bistro

The food is good. We used to frequent here a lot and the service was ok. Recently the service is really horrible. They take your order but never return to fill drinks, ask about food taste, etc.
We are sorry to say but we will probably not be back for a while.

The food is not the greatest, especially for the price. I ordered the Lo mein and Java rice which tasted mediocre, it was nothing special. Also, the woman on the phone said it would be a 30 – 45 min wait depending on traffic, which there was none because it’s spring break. The food got here exactly one hour after I ordered.

Nice place. Good pan Asian food. Good selections for vegetarians. Location isn’t the best.

Asian Bistro is good. We had Pad Thai, combination fried rice and a curry dish. We ordered them to go. It was nice to sit and have a glass of wine while we waited. The staff is very friendly. Stopping here is on our way home. I probably prefer Chaang Thai, but only when we want to trek downtown. Prices are good.

Very little tofu in the panang-​curry tofu. Side salad was just iceberg lettuce, nothing else, although the dressing was good. Also tried the peanut avocado roll, which was okay — the avocado was a little brown.

This is my jam… after trying about ½ a dozen sushi or chinese food places here in Morgantown. Service was fast, food was good, price is on point and they have a rather large menu of different cuisines to choose from. They do deliver as well.

Have eaten there twice in the last month. Food is good, a little pricey though. Service is TERRIBLE. Waited over half an hour the first time for someone to just show up at my table to take the drink order. Took another 20 minutes for them to come back to take my food order. I would be more understanding if the restaurant was busy, but it wasnt. Went back again the other night, giving them the benefit of the doubt and the service, once again, was terrible. Doubt I go back.

I really really like the my gyoza at this place we ordered in time and last night we decided to dine in the guy was served to us so pretty on a plate with a Hawaiian flower later my fiancé had some awesome sushi and I had the mei fun good place

Some of the best Asian food I’ve had in West Virginia! A little bit pricey but the food was served very quickly and it was delicious!

Amazing food. I am sad I didn’t discover this place sooner. Today was my first time there and I was sold on the place once I tried their salad with ginger dressing, yum! So much better than ginger salad I’ve had anywhere else. Will be going back tomorrow to introduce my friend to the place. Best sushi in town! Haven’t tried the rest of their menu (but sushi is basically like my heroin so.)
Anyway. Décor is nice. Staff is kind. Only complaint would be their music choice. They could play music more representative of the countries their food comes from but if they really want American music there are better choices than modern pop.
Overall I highly recommend that everyone goes there. Fish is really fresh, awesome & creative presentation, filling quantities, tea is great. you will not be disappointed :)

Food was great! Excellent sushi and every dish was cooked and presented with care and excellence.
Outside could use some cleaning up. Much nicer on the inside, the outside is actually quite deceiving.
The only negative was the atmosphere. I’m actually very delayed in writing this review as we visited in February. It was very cold in the restaurant!!! And when I say cold, I mean freezing! I’m a warm person and Eben I had to keep my coat on during dinner. The waitress even had her coat on!!!
When we inquired as to why it was so cold, our waitress told us she had no idea and she wished they turned the heat up as well!
All in all, a great place for Chinese and Japanese and we will return!

Food was really good! Service was chaotic, staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We noticed that they were all busy but doing nothing! Lot of duplicity — someone took our drink order but it wasn’t until the second person took the drink order did it make it to the bar. One would swoop in to an empty table to bus it and then another would swoop in, meanwhile we wait!
Surely service isn’t always like this, maybe the head of the wait staff was off, they were not that busy. Rather than get upset we found it entertaining. Maybe assigned roles — everyone was hostess and multiple waiters per table — we had 3 wait on us.
We asked for two to go boxes and the waitress carried them all over the place doing things before she finally brought them.
Coconut chicken soup was excellent as was the pad thai.

The food here is great. The staff are very nice and are eager to please. The price could be a little lower and the portions a little larger.

The Asian Bistro is an awesome place. Not only does it have some of Morgantown’s best Asian food the presentation of the dishes is outstanding! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. We go there often and are never disappointed. Highly recommend.

Came back for lunch today (Morgantown isn’t that big — why spoil a good thing!). I had the Bulgogi lunch special box. It wasn’t ‘exactly’ Korean bulgogi but it still tasted amazing and beautiful presentation! I would order it again. Great value too! I really like this place. Would be surprised if I don’t come here for dinner tonight — last night in town for work!

This is a great private sushi eatery in a strip mall strip type of area of Morgantown. The hibachi meals and sushi selections are very good, along with the service. Bathrooms are modern and have been clean during all of my visits.

Good food, great service; nice ambience and courteous; they have a variety of Chinese, Thai and Korean menu
Their bar snacks was roasted peanuts which was a great thing to munch on before, during and after dinner

Travel a multi state region and look for good food through Unilocal.Found this place and ordered delivery the first time. Egg rolls and General Tso’s chicken. The second time was the chicken satays and Sizzling Mongolian Beef. I must say, Asian Bistro has a certain distinctive, crisp quality about their dishes.
Each dish is incredibly flavorful with a fresh flair! The chef obviously knows what he’s doing. There is no over or underwhelming of the taste buds as is often encountered in your typical Asian restaurant.
Thank you Asian Bistro for hitting the mark so solidly.
One suggestion. I dined in last nite. Sixty seconds after my appetizer came out, my entrée was there. Give it some space and let us enjoy your fare without feeling rushed!

A little gem in Morgantown. Asian Bistro has good food, nice decoration and atmosphere, and the most important, it serves bubble tea!

Clean, fresh ingredients with a wide variety ensuring something for everyone: those are my quick takeaways. And, if I had ordered just a bit differently, it may have even been a 4-​star, but the dish that I ordered was not that great. On the positive, the other 2 dishes that came to the table were solid, so I just made a poor Pepper Steak decision.
I ordered the Pepper Steak lunch special, which is a good value for around $ 6. They don’t offer brown rice, sadly, so I stuck with the white rice forgoing the $ 2 upcharge for fried rice. The pepper steak relied mostly on a thick, brown sauce for flavor, not a seasoned wok or lots of fresh pepper. It wasn’t spicy. It was more of a Beef in Brown Sauce. The best I can say is that the green and red peppers were fresh and plentiful. Maybe it was supposed to be Bell Pepper Steak?
I sampled my husband’s red curry and mother-in-law’s chicken katsu, and I would probably order those again! (Ugh, I hate it when I order poorly.) We did not sample any sushi.
Prices are a bit more than you might expect, but the serving sizes reflect such.
