Cool Kids Consignment

I am not sure why my original review is not viewable-​very frustrating. This is the only place I shop for my tween-​we get great prices on great brands (Delias, Hollister, Aeropostale, etc) The staff here has always been friendly and helpful… very nice!

The sign outside says 60% off, but once you get inside, the discount applies to anything except for tan, blue or orange dot tags. I browsed the store, I found very little tags other than the tan, blue and orange tags, so its not really a sale after all. I found two things I wanted that were not on sale and it rang up at around $ 6. Then I was informed I had to use cash since the owner wont take credit cards for transactions less than $ 10. I just left. Been here a few times and its always a weird experience. There are two middle aged sales ladies there today, one smart and friendly. The other an airhead, couldn’t even answer simple questions without long pauses… She seemed a little out of it!
FYI Oct. 23 2015 update. I got an email from the owner Rhonda, to vote for them in some Morgantown best poll and replied to take me off their list as I would not be voting or supporting their store after my experiences with them. Then I see below she has reviewed her own establishment? Is this in violation of Unilocal’s policy?

Unilocal removed the review that I was referring to in my earlier update on 10−23−15 since it violated their policy that an owner of an establishment cannot rate and review their own place of business. SHADY!
