We like the doctor and have been going here for awhile. But on a Monday recently, we called to get hours because we wanted to come in and look at glass frames. The man on staff said to not come in… he didn’t have the time to help us that day, but to come in Friday. Now, we have off on Mondays and they were open. Don’t understand why he would say to a patient to NOT come in. We ended up getting our glasses elsewhere and never did go in. Wonder if the doctor knows that her staff is sending patients away? Bad business.

Watch out! This business will switch from your vision insurance to your medical which means you will have a higher copay. When I called to question it, I never got a return call. In other words, they have found a way to make more money and patients are paying more if Morgantown Eye Care can find a diagnosis code to use. We paid a $ 30 copay when it should have been $ 10. We still had to go to a medical doctor for another $ 30 copay. She referred to our own eye doctor!
