Service here is simply bad. we have given it three chances and each time slow, inattentive, unapologetically bad service. Food is alright.

Primanti Brothers is a Pittsburgh favorite, and I’ve found it to be decent. Nothing to write home about, but good heavy food. Come here hungry. Their tator tots are really good, and the meatballs also. I’ve had a couple different plates here, and I think the 10-in meatball sammich is my favorite this far.

Just passing through town and stopped on a whim… my tummy was screaming for something different than the run-of-the-mill meal; and VIOLA! Primanti Bros sandwich to the rescue. I ordered the pastrami and cheese and my girlfriend ordered the corned beef with cheese: what else can I say but, phenomenal sandwiches! Combine great food with a good beer tap along with a super chill sports bar feel and it all equal a great experience!

Fries don’t belong in a sandwich, I ended up taking them all out! I don’t know who thought that was a good idea. Once I yanked out all the fries I realized there wasn’t much roast beef on my sandwich. The table felt really grimey. Our waitress was super nice though!

Finally got to try the Pittsburgh Legend. Not in Pittsburgh, but Morgantown. Food was good. I had the classic. Their number 2 best seller the Pittsburger. Liked the sandwich definitely. Homemade Cole slaw was much better than expected. Vinegar based so not too sloppy. Service was pretty slow though on a Tuesday night with no crowd even 10 min before anyone came to the table after seating. Not much follow up either. Would give it a shot again, but not a destination for me.

This is a classic Pittsburgh sandwich shop and only recently opened here in Morgantown. Huge portions, decent prices and amazing flavors. Traditionally coleslaw and hand cut fries are inside and part of the sandwich. Can get kinda messy… always delicious.
