The wings here are the best in Morgantown especially if you factor in the cost. A pound of barbecue sauce wings and about a half pound of Thai hot chili wings for six dollars. I will be coming here every day for the next two years

I’m not even sure where to begin on my 7 days of hell here. But the lasting impression I have of Ruby, having been admitted to a floor through the ER, is that no one communicates. Services do not communicate with each other, departments do not communicate with each other. For example, when I was admitted to the unit, the ER hand off report was not only vague but told the nurse on the floor my condition was something other than the actual condition I was experiencing. Furthermore, when I had a consult with a doctor from one specialty, they did not communicate the results with my attending doctor and her team who, four days later, were wondering what their findings and thoughts were. The facility also seemed unclean, the bed I was in was broken, and the nurses were all so ridiculously overworked meds were often not passed until they were an hour overdue. If there is a next time, I think I’ll take my chances at Mon General, Ruby absolutely failed to live up to the expectations I had based on their very effective advertising. I pray my insurance company doesn’t deny the claim!
