Had to go back twice to get my color fixed and it still isn’t right! Asked for highlights and the top of my head is one color and the bottom is another color. Very uneven, one side is a different color than the other. Very disappointed for the cost.

This is definitely the nicest spot to get spa services in Morgantown. I’ve gotten gel manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, and massage at this location and I was not disappointed. The prices are reasonable for the extensive services you get. For example, the pedicures include excellent exfoliation and massage, with the ability to add on a paraffin dip or extra massage. The staff is very friendly and the facility is beautiful. It lost one star for me because the gel manicures last a little less than I am used to (from my nail place in my hometown of Pittsburgh.) They peeled after about a week and a half while mine usually last 2.5 weeks+. Still, I recommend Spa Roma!

The spa was nice. However we were the last appointment of the day and since we got there at the time the appointment started, after changing, we were already 15 minutes into our appointment. As the last apt, I felt bad but thought they would extend our time so we got the worth of our full $ 200. We weren’t being followed by another appointment, right? Nope, they cut each massage short 15 minutes! Thats 30 minutes less of massage time. Half a massage. Didn’t pro rate the price. Maybe I’m high-end but Pittsburgh spas are MUCH more customer friendly than this. Id go somewhere else next time.
