This store is good for repair the heels at a fair price, but not advanced repair.

I love Tanner’s Alley. The staff that work there are really nice and I have been very pleased with their work. Recently, I took my purse there to see if they could repair the handles. It was an already distressed leather, but from use, the leather on the handles started to wear too thin. They completely remade new handles and it looks better than the original!
I purchased a leather bag from this store to carry my laptop in 2003. I still use the bag for work currently (not for carrying my laptop, but other heavy/​bulky items) and I still get compliments on it. It was clearly very high quality considering I’ve beaten it up for over a decade!
I would definitely recommend this store!
