Tera

When I first moved into the Tera apartments, I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated. Management was great, the landlord, homer, was extremely kind and generous. I lived at the apartments for almost a year. When it came time for me to move out, I began gathering my belongings and moving them into my new place. I cleaned and fixed any and all problems with the apartment (even those that were there prior to my move in). I still had some of my belongings in the apartment 3 days prior to my move out day. When I returned to my apartment 2 days before my move out date, I discovered that someone had moved into my apartment. My belongings were thrown away and i had not received my security deposit back. The once friendly landlord acknowledged his mistake, and informed us that he would pay for the items he tossed. 2 months later we have not received any compensation and the landlord has stopped responding to calls and texts…

My son has lived in the Stewart St apts since freshman year of college at WVU. He’s now a Senior. He likes the apt. and has felt safe there. It’s nice that everything is new and he has a washer/​dryer, dishwasher, microwave. The landscaping is nice too. I feel, as a parent, that it’s a good place for him to live. Ive always received a prompt response from management when Ive contacted them.
