Great memories of this place… watching games in college and training for soccer in and around this facility. We used to have 2 v 2 tournies during the off season in those tiny racquetball rooms. We recently returned to Morgantown for a football game, and ended up also going to a men’s basketball game and women’s soccer game. The minute I saw the coliseum it brought a smile to my face, the same way seeing the football stadium or soccer field does. WVU was a great school to go to and had many great athletic programs to be involved in. LOVE this place… let’s gooo Mountaineers!!!

LET’S GOOOOMOUNTAINEERS!!! Let me tell all my Unilocal Family, this place creates the ultimate college basketball fan experience. Loud Yelling, Swearing, Die HARD Fans, and great basketball! No matter who the opponent is the Mountie fans don’t let you go easily! My memories here are some of my fondest from my college years going all the way back to my first day in Morgantown to sit down with my new coaches and teammates to my first day of classes on the second floor to my first rainy day stairs work out with the team to my last Mountaineer basketball game to the numerous Graduation ceremonies. The WVU Coliseum has changed along the years but always stand for one thing to me WESTVIRGINIAPRIDE!

Ahhh… so many happy memories came from this place… when I was a little little kid, I used to think it looked like a cupcake… I would get so excited to see it from the back seat of my moms old Buick… I don’t know why… it was just a goofy thing for me. As I got older, I would go up there to rollerblade.(way before Motown had a skate park, and it was the 90’s…rollerblades were cool, so shut up!)…hours went by effortlessly with my friends and I blading in endless circles. And of course, there are the WVU games… If I try hard enough, I can still smell the smells, hear the loud music and the fans cheering away… as I said… good times!
