Jersey Mikes subs are pretty good! At least Ivthink they make it pretty good here. I haven’t eaten here as I usually get take out. The tables look sanitary but the floors could be a little cleaner. They have 3 large flat screens for their patrons to watch. The wait time is not too long for your sandwich. Compared to subway they are pricier but the sandwiches are fresh because they freshly slice your deli meat. The breads are baked the same day — I think you have a choice between white and wheat hoagie. My only gripe is the employees could be a little friendlier. Not that they are rude, but they don’t look too happy, especially the manager.

Great sub. Fresh ingredients and the bread is much better than the more popular competition. Staff is very friendly.

A very good sandwich. I got an Italian hoagie and at first thought the roll was small for the price. Then they loaded it all kind of good meats and veggies and it was awesome. Everything was fresh and the employees were fast and nice. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great sandwich!

C’mon! These are best sub shops left in NJ! Visit the Morganville one frequently and always get great food and great service. Highly recommended if your looking for that old school NJ sub! Your friends at the HD.

Jersey Mike’s inhabits a gray area between the mass-produced blandness of Subway, and a custom, deli-style sandwich shop. The meats are a higher grade — but not by much — from Subway, as are the cheeses and toppings seem freshly prepared. They also offer wraps, and an assortment of bagged chips and fountain drinks. On a surprising note — most sandwich shops don’t do well with hot foods, but Jersey Mike’s does make a decent cheesesteak! It’s in no danger of de-throning the reigning Kings of Philly, but it’s tasty and actually better than that found at some of the local pizza places. Mike’s is no threat to a Tastee(Edison) or a Sorrento’s(Freehold), but a nice upgrade to a tasteless Subway meal if you need a sub.

The sandwiches didn’t impress me; the bread wasn’t noteworthy and the toppings were limited. The terrible customer service took my visit from average to poor.
