If I could leave this company a zero star review, I would. Their internet is so sh****, I was barely able to download this app. that’s how completely horrible the internet reception is(mind you their tower is approximately 200 yards away & within clear view of my router). God forbid I try to watch a movie while simultaneously downloading Unilocal,it’d never have happened. I contacted«Higher Speed» Internet in reference to the trouble I was having viewing purchased movies on Amazon Prime(there is no more than 30 seconds of watching the movie without it buffering) as well as the sketchy performance of Netflix, which was resonded with an EXTREMELY unprofessional response by the owner(yes, people. the owner). In the body of this response, there was what seemed a drunken rambling(his last response was in the vacinity of 2am) of what I should be appreciative of having, considering I wasn’t paying for«what I was receiving» since I, as a Disabled Veteran, was given a Military discount. I’m sorry, but should I be grateful for paying for shoddy service, regardless of said discount? Should I be paying ANY dollar amount for a service that isn’t being provided? I think not. Nor do I feel that you should either, which is why I’m writing this review. May I also mention that during this exchange, the owner himself told me that my service would be cancelled. So instead of fixing the issue(or at least attempting) & responding with professionalism and courtesy, this veteran hating POS decided to cancel my internet. Awesome. I suggest Century Link. They provide internet to the East Mountain area & if you aren’t «lucky» enough to recieve a Military discount, they will not charge you an arm & a leg for sh**** sh**** service. Plus the 1st entire year of service is less than HALF of HSI’s monthly most mediocre package. And by mediocre, I mean you’ll want to punch kittens by the end of this ordeal. You’ve been warned. Good luck & don’t make the same mistake I did!
