4 U Nails

I came in one day with a friend for a shellac manicure. My friend was given a regular manicure while I waited for someone to do a shellac manicure. They told me to take a seat and pick a color in a chair as if someone was going to do my manicure soon. My friend had her manicure done and even dried and I was still sitting there 30 minutes later with no one saying a word to me. I waited a couple of minutes more and no one said anything I was so annoyed I just got up and left. I waisted 45 minutes of my time just sitting there and no one said anything but everyone knew I was there. I’ve heard of people having similar experiences but had never experienced it myself until that day. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never going back there ever again!

OMG Saturday afternoon and I need a quick manicure… Walked in and walked out since I don’t want to spend a pretty day sitting about this place, hoping I MIGHT get waited on.
Yes, only wanted a $ 10 manicure but the only customers they wait on here are the regulars who come weekly for the mani and the gel nails, gloves, fancy manicures.
Question: how come any other salon I walk in I get approached within 10 minutes? And here they tend to ignore customers who only come for manicures.
P. S. No one asked me a thing. Just ignored here… NEVER GOING BACK… You’d think I’d learn.
I guess I need to try and find a decent place with better colors, better quality polish and better customer service than this place.
Yes this place is by APPOINTMENT ONLY… DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENT.

Across from the Morris Plains train station with a small parking lot behind the shop. Easy to walk in and get seated immediately without an appointment if you don’t walk in during weekend rush hour (10 – 2). Pretty solid service and good selection of Shellac. Lots of chairs and clean atmosphere. This is my go to place for a quick mani/​pedi. Not open on Sundays.

So, I manage to get the cloven hooves sanded pro style like once a year…
Today, celebratory pedis were in order.
This place was clean, friendly, well priced and comfortable.
I think the tech who was working on me was scared, but he’ll get over it.
I’d go back, may even let them do the claws next time.
