My family loves empanadas ever since our trip to Puerto Rico, so when we heard about the empanada tucks, we were super excited! Stopped on a weekday around 5pm, no line, no wait! Bart was very friendly; the food was ready in less than 5 min. He even threw in a free apple empanada. I ordered beef, pulled pork, ham and cheese, Mexican chorizo and guava cheese. With a salad, dinner is served!!! Pulled pork was my favorite, juicy and flavorful. Guava and cheese is such a good combo. Definitely going back!

Worth a stop. Empanadas are always hot and fresh. Chorizo is the best in my opinion. Add a side of rice and beans and you have a nice lunch for 7 bucks.

I’ve had Empanada Guy’s empanadas before at festivals and in Old Bridge. Tried this location last week and was equally impressed. The pulled pork(pernil) empanadas are delicious.

Stop by here about once a month and this truck is good. Try the Cuban sandwich. Wish he was open past 6pm for supper…

After hearing about this food truck, I finally got the chance to try half of an empanada at the food truck festival in Waterloo Village. My friend I split a beef empanada and it was perfectly lightly fries, hot, tasty and fresh. Very impressed and want to try so many more but had so many other truck food to try. BUT at the end of the day we decided our favorite food of the day was the empanada! Now I must find you in MP and have my own full empanada or two!

The $ 3 Tamale is plain, wrapped in the corn husk. No cheese no meat no seasoning. Had the chicken and beef Empanada’s. Really unimpressed for the price. VERY expensive at $ 4 each. Not worth it IMHO.
