This place was awesome. As an x Verizon customer and Virgin Mobile customer the customer service at this location was awesome! I walked in 40 min before they were about to close on a Friday night and it was very comforting to know I wasn’t ruining their night. Nicole who helped me set up my new iPhone and cancel my virgin service was super helpful and nice. I definitely suggest coming here for any T-​Mobile needs.

Jason, a sales associate at this location stole my drivers license when I came in for services yesterday. I simply came in seeking information regarding when I was eligible for early upgrade. He asked for my drivers license and held onto it while he looked through my account. I waited and waited and when he finally was able to provide me with an answer. I hastily asked for my phone and case back. He handed me both back without my ID. He then followed me out and looked me dead in the eye laughing as he smoked his cigarette. It wasn’t until later that I discovered I forgot and when I called asking for my ID back the manager accused me of lying and hung up on me without even reviewing his surveillance to confirm Jason did in fact pocket my drivers license. I will be there with the police this afternoon to file a police report for a stolen drivers license. I’ve never misplaced my ID and was not given my drivers license back after he asked for it. It is scary to see this is probably happening more than people realize.

Friendly and helpful people here, Dale the assistant manager tried his best to help me activate an old iPhone. Put his own personal Sim card into my phone and tested it out for me right on the spot. Alas no go, but not his fault. A little pushy with new equipment that I didn’t want but I guess that’s just sales.
This store is on Route 10 westbound, just west of the 202 intersection in Morris Plains, right between the big B&N bookstore and the FedEx Kinko’s store.
