Ellis Enterprises

When I first moved near the apartments owned by this company, I thought the property was ok looking from the outside. But after being here for two years, the tenants leave garbage on their porches, they rarely pick up after their pets, and the owner is no better. I came home a week ago from a mini-​vacation to find that their grass was cut, but not only was it cut, it was clearly mowed right up to my garden fence (on my property), leaving my fence broken. I left a message at the business and got no response. I confronted the owner when he came to mow again, had him admit he is the only one who cuts the grass, and then he denies hitting my fence. I told him the evidence and he told me to «call the police or hit the road». I do have a video showing him riding the mower onto my property, should I need it. I feel that if a person cant be responsible for his actions, then he probably will treat his tenants the same disrespectful way. I will not recommend apartment seeking people to call Ellis Properties anymore.
