Chapel At Red Rocks

We just had our wedding at The Chapel at Red Rocks on September 23^rd. We absolutely loved this chapel! Originally we wanted to get married outside, but decided on this space instead because of the beautiful outside view it has… it was so nice to not have to worry about a rainy or cold day. Our wedding day had beautiful weather, but it was nice to not have to think about the weather during the planning process. We even had deer outside of the chapel window that everyone could see during our ceremony. I had to do a double take b/​c I couldn’t believe they were right outside during the ceremony. :)
The chapel has a very nice bridal and groom suite in the basement that you can use before the wedding. It’s also nicely air conditioned which I appreciated.
We had around 100 people at our wedding and it was the perfect number of people for the chapel. It filled the space, but people were still comfortable.
Kathy who owns the chapel helped with everything. Our rehearsal was very smooth and she had us out of there in 30 minutes. She really has everything down and will help your coordinate a beautiful ceremony in an organized way.
One thing I will note is that you have to choose the amount of time for your wedding day and you pay for the space based on the amount of time you have. Our actual ceremony was only 20 mins, however you need to allow time for pictures and guests arriving and leaving the chapel. We opted for 2 hours and it was the perfect amount of time. We had the space from 4:30 — 6:30 with a 5:30 ceremony. I did not get ready at the chapel, but you could do that if you wanted and you would need more time most likely. They also will steam your dress for you if you need it.
Overall this is a beautiful and great space. :)

We held our wedding here April 23, 2011. The Chapel at Red Rocks did an excellent job with every aspect of the the ceremony from the decorations, music, setting up group shot for photographs, handing out bubbles. I would highly recommend this location. It has beautiful views and Kathleen who owns it has been doing wedding for years and has everything down perfectly. Bonus — they’ll even let you have your dog in the ceremony. This place is perfect rain or shine, because it is inside with outside views, which is why we chose the location and then followed up with a reception in downtown Denver at the Magnolia. I cannot say enough good stuff about the Chapel at Red Rocks as a wedding location. You will not be disappointed.
