Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel

We stopped here for a over night stay
We found the room clean and well arranged. Our room was quiet. The only thing I could have hoped for was a microwave in the room
They have an exercise room and nice laundry facilities.
Very good breakfast. If I needed a place in the area. I would stay again. Also a few restaurants in the area

Wonderful stay right off the highway 81. Was pleased to find out that AAA members get a Hefty discount. All people who stay here have the ability to get toothbrushes, toothpaste razors deodorant and more from the front desk. Basically in the same parking lot as Cracker Barrel which is always the best road trip food. This hotel offers free hot buffet breakfast and has a nice outdoor pool!
Bed was a bit uncomfortable for two people if your a light sleeper and your partner moves around a lot but great for one.

Reasonably priced. Friendly atmosphere and very clean. Great breakfast. Waffles scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oh my! Decour very nice granite sink tops. Nice touch Parking lot well lit. Will go again soon.

We were coming back from Central Virginia
Looking for a nice place to stay enroute to our home in Tennessee. Our last trip we stayed at La Quinta in Bristol, VA one of our worst ever experiences.
So we tried Best Western in Morristown, TN. What a great place.
As you probably know, Best Western is a franchise operation and quality varies. This was our best Best Western (well maybe second best, as the one next to Aya Sophia
in Istanbul is really great too)
The property is 3 stories. Long hallways. Fairly large, probably 300 rooms. Has nice meeting rooms.
We had a suite, well more queen bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room-​dining room-​kitchen. Nice table with 4 chairs and a glass top. Dishwasher, refrigerator (nice apartment sized, not the usual skimpy one), microwave. Glasses and dishes.
Crown molding, nice paintings, lots of towels and cloths (big nice towels). Great shower head with lots of settings, very warm water, stayed that way. Artificial, but nice, orchid in the bathroom. Tub is ceramic, not plastic. Good grab bar and non-​slip coating.
Both the bed and sofa slept well.
Outside balcony, overlooks I-​81, but back about ¼ mile away. Room was quite quiet.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi, out door, a little cold to use in November, but clean and nice,
Breakfast is served in a large dinning room. Probably seats 100, rating of 93 out of 100 by the health department. Breakfast is high End. Eggs and sausage. Cereal with skim and oddly whole milk. Fruit chunks, grapefruit, oranges. Waffles. Looked homemade biscuits with looked like homemade gravy. Good coffee with both cream and artificial cream.
Cleaning staff has kept everything immaculate.
I recommend this place without reservations.

Service was amazing! We checked in super early while driving all night and they allowed us to stay ans sleep past check out time. Rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and pillows were awesome!!! They also allow pets for a cheap fee. Oh and the breakfast… it was like eating at grandma’s.
