David is wonderful to work with. I’ve taken several antique prints to him for framing, and he’s done a great job. He was great at listening to what I wanted and helping me to pick mats and frames that worked well with the prints. There was always a steady stream of customers, regardless of going on a weekday or weekend. But, he never made me feel rushed in making a decision. He seems to take a week longer than he estimates, but his prices are reasonable. He also seems to really love what he does and is a pleasure to work with. BTW, Unilocal says he’s closed on Saturday, but he’s open 10 – 2. Definitely give him a try!

Go see David Corbett for personalized framing service in his small shop on King Street. Very large selection of frames to choose from, and he has the eye for color that I completely and totally lack LOL! Also sells a pretty good collection of prints. Yeah my frame cost far more than the print in it. Busy shop with a long lead time, 2 weeks when I visited.
