I purchased a L. Vuitton bag it was a beautiful bag but I noticed an odor upon opening the bag, I wasn’t going to buy the bag even though I liked it and it was a great price(which I know now why) because of the odor the sale woman she swore it was nothing my imagination and what ever it was would fade it was just from being stored, and if it didn’t I could return the bag if I wasn’t happy. Well the odor didn’t fade and they wouldn’t take the bag back after just 2 days. Buyer beware with this company, after months of being very unhappy with the bag my sister came up with the idea of using Zero Odor the spray you use to take the smell out of rugs and carpets that pets soil and it finally made the odor fade, but it took 2 days of treatments, which entails soaking the lining with the zero odor spray and letting it dry out and repeating the treatment. This was to expensive of a bag to have to do something this extreme to it.
