Do NOT GO to this place. Totally clueless. Disrepectful and stupid.
I had an appointment at 9:30 AM which I specifically mentioned confirmed 3 times with office. YES that is right, THREE times with the office.
Took time off work and also visited with my wife whom also took off time from work only to find out that they told me they would not take me and my appointment was at 9:00.
WTF? ESPECIALLY THE DR MATHEW CANAGALARIE or whatever your last name is. He told the nurse no I cannot help him.
AND they never even attempted to call me to confirm my appointment. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.
You are all a wasted effort of employees and do not help people which is your job.
I am firing you. YOU ARE FIRED.

It’s sad that this place could be a lot better but they work hard to prevent that.
I can’t speak for every doctor but the people running the office do their best to make you coddle them. They require all test results to be faxed and mailed, several times over.
They won’t directly reach out of your history, you’re responsible for that, and their always too busy to see you the same month.
I don’t see a reason to continue using them. The best way to describe them is it feels like you’re dealing with Walmart or Microsoft. You mean very little to them as they have an abundance of patients to replace your lost revenue with.
This is a business, don’t expect any personal attention or concern.
