Cons: 1. The place is not as clean as it used to be. There are fruit flies about and the bathroom has not been properly cleaned in weeks. It looks like they just run a mop across the floor at night instead of properly cleaning the fixtures and surfaces every day! 2. The staff are frequently talking loudly and making no effort to keep the noise level down. Annoying and distracting. Pros: Food and coffee are very good. Staff is friendly.

They repeatedly get my order wrong. It’s apparent they just don’t care at this Panera. I just got home and noticed they put the wrong lettuce in my wife and my salads, basically put my lettuce in her salad and her lettuce in my salad. I would avoid Panera.

CON: Consistently bad customer service — no matter what you order or how(via kiosk, counter, to-go, etc.). The employees are always sidetracked either with each other or seemingly other tasks — even with the smallest orders and little traffic in the store! Don’t plan on just stopping in for a quick coffee and/or pastry on your morning commute. Will easily turn into a 20min stop and a wish you would have stayed with your usual Starbucks routine. PRO: the orange scone is consistently amazing across all locations — definitely a go-to treat anytime of day!

Love Panera Bread, but the internet at many of their locations has to be upgraded. Slow as can be and sometimes doesn’t work. When you are meeting clients this is tough. I do love the Panera Concept and choices on the menu. I also love I can always find a small table to get some work done.

Poor customer service here today– had to wait for staff to finish their personal conversations before helping me. Got an order to go, got home and was given wrong order. On top of that, almost $ 6 for a half of a falling apart sandwich. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll take my business else where.

Place was very clean but really regret coming. With all the food places here I’m not sure why I came here. I got tuna fish which was disgusting. Cold like it was frozen and nasty.

Typical Panera — good food — good value — fresh ingredients and nice baked goods. The food came out of the kitchen quickly and everything was delicious. The fuji apple chicken salad was awesome! :)

I’m not a fan of most of the food items at Panera(over priced, small portions, not actually that fresh) but it can be convenient. If you’re looking for a place away from home to get some work done or have a meeting it’s a solid option. Compared to the other shops in the plaza it is enormous on the inside — there is plenty of seating and power outlets are readily available. My go-to is a salad(thai chicken or power hummus bowl) with a coffee/tea and a pastry — I have a weakness for chocolate croissants. I did try the Soba Noodle Bowl with chicken — it was very meh(almost blech); I would discourage anyone from ordering it(and if Panera is reading this, please take this back to the drawing board!).

This Panera is OK. It’s clean, not overly busy at lunchtime, quick service, plenty of seating. Parking is a pain in the butt though around lunchtime as you will have to resort to stalking someone leaving and waiting for their parking spot to open up. As for the food, if you are unfamiliar with Panera, it is about gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, bread, etc in a semi fast food environment. The quality is decent. There is plenty of seating and it is a good place to have a lunch meeting. Just don’t expect anything special.

This is a cozy venue in a so so area of Morristown… in a sort of strip mall featuring a wine store, two(yes two!) Mexican type restaurants, one nicer than the other(cough, Taco Truck), a Burger King, a health food store, Cluck U Chicken… you get the picture… sort of a hodge podge of fast food joints. Inside the Panera, it’s a typical chain but features one of those gas fireplaces that gives off an «at home» atmosphere. The restaurant is usually crowded with groups of friends doing things like eating and discussing books, teens eating and talking and also families with kids all eating. It’s usually crowded. The help is very nice and friendly, talking to you and just all round pleasant and the food is good too. Recently I got a bowl of autumn squash soup and a half a tuna sandwich. The soup was absolutely delicious! Very tasty. The tuna was ok… not oniony enough for me and the lettuce leaf was too big for the bread but the tomato was ok and the bread was really good and tasty… a nice flavor to it. There is a bakery there with breads of different types and drinks(non-alcohol), different type sandwiches including paninis, regular and all kinds of soups. One of the help behind the counter told me that the best sellers of the soups were brocoli cheese and cream of tomato(topped with croutons). Also, the soups can come in bread bowls which is a meal in and of itself. Also, need to mention, lots of salads of various kinds(take a look at their menu online). The prices are what you would expect for this type of place, i.e., $ 10 give or take…(a complete meal with drink I mean).

This is a bog panera with plenty of seating. They have free WiFi too. I have their free panera points card so I get coupons and free things once in a while. My favorite thing to order is the Mac and cheese and creamy tomato soup combo. I’m also a big fan of their unsweetened acai berry iced tea. On my most recent visit I ordered a bowl. of the New England clam. chowder which they do not always have. On this brisk day, it sure hit the spot.

I love panera. They have a rewards card, so after every couple visits you get a coupon or free pastry. I usually get the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and a salad.

On the morning of our wedding, we needed to cater breakfast for the bridal party(2 rooms 20 people). We were staying at the Hyatt in morristown. We met Chris, the catering manager and he was so pleasant. He offered us an affordable package, which was a fraction of what Hyatt offered us. We felt very good after speaking with Chris. On the morning of the wedding, Chris delivered the package exactly at 7:00AM. Thanks to Chris, my bridal party were happy and full. Chris was professional, courteous and we are so happy with his service. If you live in the area and need affordable catering, go with Chris at Panera’s.

Ordered online using their«rapid» online ordering for takeout. I did the pick two option for soup and pasta, and my friend got a sandwich. I even opened a mypanera card just so I could check out more quickly. Drove there and the bag with my name on it was sitting right on a shelf for the people who ordered from the«rapid» online order website. Asked a guy working if it was all ready and he said yes. I drove home opened the bag and the only thing in there was the sandwich. I called to complain and the guy that answered the phone said my options were to drive back(no) or that next time they would give me a free pastry. I don’t want to drive back, I don’t want a stupid pastry, I want a full refund and an apology. I asked to speak to a manager, and apparently there wasn’t one working and there wouldn’t be one until the next day? Completely unacceptable, I will NEVER come back.

I liked The soups here. Pretty much the same food as any other panera bread. The service was good. I like to stop by for breakfast before work.

We ordered 3 coffee latte, but when I got the coffee, I noticed that 2 cups were similar weight, but the other one was like only half of the weight, so I asked. And after 2 minutes, I got the last coffee, with coffee spilt all over the lid. French toast bagel is good.

No black ice tea available this morning. That’s almost as bad as running out of bread.

We went here, for the first time, on my home after work. 5PM is not food time, but there are lots of people, WAITING! There was only one girl behind the counter. I fell sorry for the 7 – 8 people behind me, as I ordered two power shakes. She went back to the blender and spent about 6 min while people in the front were piling up. This place used stonyfield yogurt, which is the cheapest you can find in store(if you know any brand with lower price, send me a message). I told her not to put too much ice and she still 2 cups of ice in it. A few minutes later, she gave me the cup and said«What did you say?» The drink was slushy and cold. It did not have the protein I need. I still need make my self a protein drink when I got home.

Large size Panera and looks new. The service is not the fastest and the a/c always seems colder than what is should be. I also had problems logging into their WiFi. The restaurant is not the cleanest either. The carpet needs vacuuming and the bathroom needed to be cleaned as well. The food is good(Panera good). Service is good as well. Update: gave this place another chance and my experience was a little better this time so I gave them an extra star.

Just opened today. Pleased to have a Panera in town, right down the street. It’s a pretty standard location, a little on the small side. The one aspect I didn’t really like was the way the fireplace(generally a Panera fav for me) is situated– it is awkwardly located near the ceiling– ugh-dislike. Food is good, the usual Panera quality that we all expect.
