I brought in 2 items for dry cleaning and 4 shirts to be laundered. I got a receipt that showed the total would be $ 21.25. When I picked up, they charged $ 35.45. I was told that they decided to dry clean the shirts. First of all, they were regular business shirts — all 4 of them clearly say they can be machine washed. But more important, if they(in their professional opinion) felt that they could not launder my shirts, they should have called me before changing services to something more expensive. It’s sleazy and shameful. I really wanted to like them — they are close to where I frequently stay.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I explained to the front desk that I just moved to the area and read some positive reviews online. Then I hand her over my 2 suits, 4 pairs of pants and 3 shirts and the prices were insane. For one shirt it was $ 5.50, for one pair of khaki pants it was $ 6.33 and for one two piece suit it was $ 12.95. A little weird since I had a friend call them up to get prices and she told him it would be around $ 1 – 3 for a shirt and wouldn’t reveal the rest of the pricing. Bad business? I think so.

Good place at great prices, just picked up a bunch of items I dropped off a few days ago. Everything looks well cleaned, suits were $ 11, shirts were $ 1.70, and best part is they offer 20% off for first-time visitors. For downtown Morristown(or any downtown), it’s a winner. They have tailoring and other stuff as well, but I don’t know anything about that.
