Do NOT Fill Prescriptions at this WALGREENS, they violate their own GFD(Good Faith Dispensing) policy. The pharmacist will lie and tell you your prescription is out of stock, it’s too early to fill by law or the insurance denied the claim when in fact they haven’t. Walgreens will actually hold prescriptions at their own discretion, even though the doctor prescribed it and the insurance paid for it. How as pharmacists can they call themselves care providers when they lie to their customers? When asked the pharmacist could not even tell me whether it was by law or by Walgreens policy that they were putting a hold on my prescription. It’s apparent the pharmacists make there own policies here and they make it extremely difficult to trust them.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Have had several issues with them filling my prescription properly. They always have to special order my prescription and after waiting several days for it to come in, they gave me the incorrect meds. No apology, and no responsibility taken. They basically blamed me for their mistakes. Again today I called to make sure my meds were ready as they had promised over the last several days(I called everyday to check on the progress). They told me that they found out yesterday that my meds were not available and will not be ready until tomorrow. Wish they would have told me that yesterday when I called. Well now I am SOL. No apologies today either. Thanks Walgreens.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of bad pharmacies. They recorded both me and my partner’s contact information incorrectly(two separate occasions), assuming that we had a local area code, even though we don’t and we provided the correct number, so when they couldn’t get in touch with us, they cancelled our prescription orders. Somehow, after telling them the numbers were incorrect, the change was never made. We had to wait over an hour(on two separate occasions) to have the urgent prescriptions refilled again. The pharmacy worker didn’t even apologize and was very rude, acting like it was all our fault and like we were inconveniencing him. They also failed to mention they don’t take my primary insurance before billing. Always long lines and never enough staff during prime hours. We will no longer use this pharmacy.

I much prefer the Denville location to this one. The pharmacy tech staff seems clueless and has less than stellar customer service. I have told them I was waiting(in fact waited at the counter) and had scripts finish and get put in the bins anyway. They also are always out of the meds I need which requires a second trip.

I would like to know how much for passport photo. –It’s $ 11.99 per set of two. –How much for extra two copies? –It’s still $ 11.99. -!@#$%^&*…Are you sure? –Let me check… YES! –So, if I want four photos, it would be… –It would be $ 23.98. —(Ten seconds of silence. I was in the shocking stage since both my wife and I need 6 copies). OK, I’m sure you are not correct, but thank you. ~The End

Lazy and clueless = slow I’ve been here no fewer than 10 times and its always horrible. No more. If you bring a script pack a lunch. 1 hour + to fill a simple antibiotic script already called in after it took them 3 different attempts to find me in the system. Always something… Always artificially apologetic… At least they are consistent. Save yourself some time and drive up to 30 minutes one way to go somewhere else.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. store is clean and bright. no problems getting advertised discounts and sales, unlike CVS, where the special offers are often not in the computer at check out. no hassles ever. and they allow my dog in store as long as she is in cart!

This is a pretty standard Walgreens. Actually, considering it is so new, I’d expect it to be better. Nothing special. Parking is decent, shares a lot with King’s. Please note– they do not open until 8am(yup, later than I would have expected as well!)
