I am absolutely in love with these mini cheesecakes. My absolute favorites are cinnabon, pineapple, banana pudding, sweet potatoe. Each cheesecake has it own signature look, i.e. banana pudding as the little toasted fluff on top just like grandma’s homemade baked banana pudding. The cinnabon is out of ghis world amazing. It has this really moist honeybun cake on bottom! Check out website and plan ahead. Everything is made to order although she has a steady delivery route and may have some overage several times a week. I was able to get 14 mini cheesecakes this week that way in 5 different flavors.
