We just moved to town. Came in to eat at Chillis here in Moorisville, and the place was so clean! The people were so kind! And the food was quick and delicious!

The service was wonderful! The food was amazing for the price, and the overall environment was great! I had no problems during my visit.

RUN don’t walk to Chilis and get the $ 10.99 half rack of rib special. I’m not sure how long it’s going on but we are planning on going again next week. You get a small house salad with your choice of dressing — half rack of ribs with your choice of sauce — an ample portion of delicious steak fries. AND you get a small molten lava cake. ALL of the above mentioned food was delicious. Our waitress was super also. We had an early dinner so the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. If you like ribs, give Chilis a try. They hit the nail on the head with this special !!

I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in several years and I won’t be going back. There were some positives, so I’ll start there: — quick seating on a Friday night. We had called ahead about 15 min before arriving. — attentive server. Responded quickly to problems — brought the 3 year old’s food very fast. Neutral: — immediately comped a delayed appetizer and brought it out ASAP once notified it was missing. — miscommunication about a side, they fixed it. Cons: The FOOD! — salad was swimming in dressing to the point I called it soup. The lettuce was warm and soggy. — queso wasn’t appealing and the chips were to fragile to scoop it up. — the majority of chips were all broken like we got the ones at the bottom of the bag. — Husband says my ribs are better, and I only cook ribs about 1x a year.

This Chilis has gone rapidly down hill. From poor service and bad management to food poisoning from ranch that was left out too long– this place has gone from good to bad to a nightmare. I genuinely enjoy going to Chilis and think their prices and menu items are A-OK but a warning to all– AVOIDTHISLOCATION. Your stomach will thank you later. We actually had a manager bring us the wrong food and then(without apologizing) warn us that it would take 20 mins to make it right and ask us if we still wanted the right food now that we knew the wait time. Umm. Hello. Yeah– Id like what I ordered!

Wow. We went to Chilis for dinner and a few beers. My wife drinks craft beers and was delighted to see they were only $ 3.75. BUTTTT my 12 oz Mich Ultra was(wait for it) $ 4.80 a bottle! My wife actually thought it was a mistake but the waitress told her its due to paying for all the glass. Liz indicated that the highest she had ever seen was $ 4.00 and that was at a 5 star restaurant and the waitress simply said … Well that’s what it is. Write corporate if you want. Too $$ for us!!! Go to Carolina Ale House.

Well if I had no stars to give I would. This Chilis has terrible service and it all begins with the manager. We were a party of 20+ that visited and any restaurant would be gracious enough the host. The manager was extremely rude and the service was super slow. The food was absolutely salty and they got the same person’s order wrong twice and then did not even take it off the bill when they said they would. Not once did the manager come by and say sorry or we apologize for the inconvenience. We had several kids in our party and we constantly kept getting looks from the manager even though they were fairly well behaved. Manager constantly kept discussing our party with other tables. Absolutely not a sign of a well run restaurant. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by serving us however Morrisville has a dearth of restaurants and this is one we will never visit again since service begins at the top and Chilis has got it completely wrong here. I would recommend never to visit this Chilis and try out the much better and friendlier restaurants around it. Your evening and your palette will be much happier for sure.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, foh and boh. A party of 5 sits down and orders you never bring out 4 plates and the 5th person waits and extra 15 minutes before there food comes out. Now to comp a dessert for the table… great but the persons food who got messed up was mine and I’m not able to eat desserts due to a gluten intolerance. How about actually speaking to the individual that got there food messed up and not the table. How about comping the food for the person who’s food you messed up.

Love this place and the atmosphere out there. I usually go here at least 3 times a month to get away from Raleigh. I love the area and the place is always spotless and the staff is great! The only thing I dislike is that they shrunk the portions of French fries and don’t offer endless fries like Red Robins and Apple Bee’s now. Other than that this place is the best! You would love it great place for the family or a date night.

Great service and good food. Had $ 25 gift card mysteriously disappear between two visits(server did not use the first visit, mistakenly putting it all on debit card… Second visit, no balance on card) but Chili’s customer service basically bit their thumb at me and said its not their problem. Won’t be returning and such a shame since they’re putting a brand new one in Holly Springs.

Blech. MR burger Well done. Sirloin overlooked. Waiter came by 3 times. Order deliver pay. I think they forgot to put tequila in my margarita. Mi Cancun was my other choice, I failed today… Oh yeah, never brought my fresca salad or grilled avocados with my sirloin.

Worst ribs EVER! Ordered a full slab and they were absolutely disgusting, very dry and bbq sauce had zero flavor. Not good at all. I know this is a chain and«what you see is what you get» but I also believe the food should at least be edible. Sides weren’t too terrible but I definitely won’t return.

Perfect example of «Once you see/eat at one, you’ve seen/eaten at them all.» Not in a negative, mean, or condescending way, but just in that Chili’s main faults(if they’re to be considered faults) are that a) the chain is entirely predictable, and b) the food is 100% consistent across all branches because of the way they ship/package/prepare all the foods, down to the cubes of butter sauce they put on each portion of beef. This last point is especially important if people are hoping to keep a quasi-accurate log of how many calories they’re consuming, but to others of you that may be completely inconsequential. Location: 4 out of 5 One of the closer options for my wife and I since we live in McArthur park. We actually went two days in a row(one for lunch, the next day to watch the 3pm Packers/Seahawks game) so parking was not an issue. The Village is definitely suburb shipping complex domination, and if you need general items(Target), outdoor supplies(Gander Mtn), a movie theater(there are two in close proximity), and other dining needs, you really have a myriad of familiar and safe options, but for the Oyster Bar, which is probably the best thing to happen to the complex. Décor/Ambiance: 2.5 out of 5 Chilis, Fridays, Ruby Tuesdays, they all essentially look and feel the same. Completely forgettable, completely familiar. Chilis has the little electronic kiosks on the table that add some degree of distraction, but limited(if any) real value since you can easily check everything out either on the paper menu or the specials board. Hybrid family restaurant/sports bar. Customer Service 4 out of 5 Decidedly friendly folks both days we went. The second day, when our food was brought out, the barkeeper, Kristen(?)(we were sitting at the bar) immediately said, «You know, I asked them specifically not to put butter on the steak.» I realize that memorization isn’t a sign of intelligence, but being able to spot that right away and get it taken care of right away was a super plus. The first day we went, our server Amber offered us a separate box so we could take rib bones home to our pooch if applicable. Niiiice. Oddly, the person that looked the most out of place and confused was who I perceived to be the general manager roaming the floor to check on all the customers. Nice enough guy, and maybe new as he struggled with basic things that all the other staff seemed to be aware of like how to turn on the sound to the main TV, how to change the channels on the tv, etc. Waste of space or valuable asset, only time will tell for that guy, I guess. Selection of menu items: 2.5 out of 5 You’re not going to find anything«adventurous», or what 95% of the population might even find«weird» or «offensive.» I mean, Chilis has been and probably will always be so safe that you won’t even find a seared ahi tuna steak on the menu any time soon. Ha! What you will find, however, are crowd«favorites»: burgers, salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, wings, chicken, shrimp, steak, soups, nachos, etc. While not impressive by any means, most people will find something that they can eat. Quality of items: 4 out of 5 Bearing in mind what type of restaurant this is, each of the items I’ve had have been suitable and tasty. I asked for a rare steak two days in a row(a 6 oz one day, a 10oz the other), and both were actually cooked rare by my standards. Often times, restaurants will overcook steak for whatever reason so I actually expected my rare steak to come out medium rare. What a lovely surprise. Yes, they take shortcuts to get«flavor’ be it with the addition of flavored butter, or with an exorbitant amount of sodium(check their nutritional pdf), but it’d be disingenuous to expect otherwise. Kudos though, for offering very reasonable entrée options that come in under 650 calories as served. The home-made chips are still as good as I remember from any other locations, and my wife enjoyed her ribs one day, and the wings the next. She mentioned that the ribs are a bit lean, but thought that the smoked potato wedges as a side were tasty. My double broccoli both days was steamed and not overcooked, which was only a bonus. Value: 5 out of 5 Say what you will, but it’s hard to beat Chilis value. Dining off the 2 for 20 $ menu gives you decent options(essentially you end up saving about 5 — 8 dollars), and their happy hour every day options of 3.50 large macro drafts and 4.50 large premium/import drafts are lovely. Overall: 4 out of 5 More apt, a strong 3.5+ experience, but rounding up gives it the bump. Will return.

The food was decent and what you would expect from a Chili’s. I did an online order for pick up. The food was correct and the kitchen followed our special requests. However, the curb-side pick up still lacks a lot. I went inside I could see that my order was ready and stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for anyone to appear to even help me. Several waiters passed by me and did not even ask if they could help or even acknowledge me(I know that they are are assigned to the tables, but they were not even slammed). Right when I was about to go on a search for a manager, the girl handling the«to go» orders finally appeared from the kitchen. Not apologetic for making me wait or anything. This was the second time this has happened. The other time we were a little later in the night and did not even know that were suppose to go to the bar to pick up our order. They only reason we found this out was when we went on the search to find someone to help us.

We ordered take out for here yesterday and I was surprised how good the food was. We got southwest egg rolls which taste just like a taco, crispy chicken fritters which were good(not soggy), and a southern burger which was also good. For a chain restaurant this place isn’t to bad for take out. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant so I cant vouch for that.

Came in for a late lunch. Has to wait to be seated bc the manager thought it was more important to sit at the bar with another employee and talk about football then watch for guests and help them out. Out server noticed us when she was already helping out another table. she finished with them and immediately came and sat us. She wasn’t the best server in the world but she was pleasant and helpful. This review is mostly about the management and the way he let the staff act however they wanted around the guests. He confronted a bartender in the middle of the restaurant and then continued to argue with her through the restaurant. Now as I write this servers are sitting with their feet put up on chairs just talking and eating while wait for their tables to need anything else. I’m sorry I’m in the food and beverage industry and this is 100% not okay. They’re obviously just doing this bc the manager doesn’t care and exerts no authority whatsoever. The food was fine but my group was so uncomfortable with the surroundings. We definitely won’t be back.

Light comfort food at 9pm. Chili’s is normally so predictable. Good, no change that… decent food; good surroundings… no change that when it’s ice cold and noisy as hell; good service… no change that, unreliable, inattentive, and haphazard service. So, will I return??? Yes, but not to this location!!!

I ordered take out… I doubt if I’ll be back… my ribs were just ok, not enough sauce and they tasted as if they were reheated. They have great corn on the cob though… My loaded mashed potatoes were dry and stiff. I’m giving 3 stars due to the fact the hostess offered me something to drink as I waited for my food.
