We ordered a Konica Minolta Grafx 7450 about two years ago, and when the printer had some issues, it was very difficult to get them diagnosed and get support through this office. If you are thinking about purchasing a Grafx, we would recommend DONOT do this if you work in the Triangle region of North Carolina. You may be able to get support for a smaller Biz Hub laser or a much larger copier, but not for a supposedly better quality production laser printer — even if you buy the service plan as we were suckered into doing… After eight weeks of downtime while we tried to get our problems diagnosed, we are giving up and are out a good deal of cash. We are giving the $ 2400 printer away now to someone who will have more patience than us. The folks here are incredibly nice, but they did not take ownership to help us fix our problems with the single most important piece of equipment in our office. The lack of service has resulted in a fairly large loss to our business. I will never buy a single product from Konica Minolta again. Our new HP replacement laser just arrived in the office and it’s working great, and their support plan locally seems to be much better than the KM option.
