We love Kool Kidz!!!
I have taken my now 3 year old son Cade here multiple times and he absolutely loves it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they make sure he is happy and comfortable before I leave him. The fact that they offer an option for lunch/​dinner is truly a plus so I can do my shopping and not worry about rushing back to get him before mealtime.
I live almost an hour away from this location but still make the drive whenever I need to shop, see a movie, or have plans in Raleigh or Durham because I know my son is safe, happy, and will be taken care of.
I would truly recommend Kool Kidz to anyone that needs child drop-​in care if they need to do some child-​free shopping, a date night, to see a movie, or just need some free time.

We have been using Kool Kidz since 2012. Both of my children love it here. The staff is friendly and affectionate towards the children. All of them seem to truly enjoy working with children. The location is convenient and so is the date night promotion!

I have been using Kool Kidz for 6 months now. I have never had an issue. I have had lots of great moments. My daughter has a great time playing with new and old friends. Mrs Annette and Mrs Heather have been observant, caring, friendly and watchful. I would highly recommend to any parent in need of drop in day care service. I am grateful to have this option for my daughter.

Our almost two year old daughter got a bad black eye here after either falling or getting hit with something by another child. The «childcare» workers here had no idea what happened and even had the gall to ask me if she had the bruise on her face when she was dropped off — clearly oblivious. They clearly don’t watch the kids — they are left to their own devices. Never again will we take our children here.
