What a scam! My garage door won’t close so I called precision because of a coupon I got in mail. The guy came and said I should replace the door, spring and do their tuning package. This is a very new door! So I decided to try something else before I replace the whole thing. They charged $ 90 dollar for just showing up and didn’t even honor the coupon. Fast forward a few weeks, I found a handyman through a friend recommendation. He came and found that it was a simple safety eye wiring problem and fixed it quickly. He only charged me $ 50! Precision is such a scam!

Called on a Sunday night and Kenneth was here the next morning. Arrived on time, was courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. Fixed our door and on our way. Would without question use again. Call them you will be happy you did.

If you want to pay for someone to tell you you need a new $ 500+ door opener then call these guys. I paid a service fee just to have a guy come by and without even taking a look at the opener say it needs replaced. I could also have it ‘rebuilt’ for the same price as a new garage door opener would have been w/any other company. Had another company take a look today and the guy fixed the garage door opener in 5 minutes, no rebuild or new motor was needed. Don’t be fooled by these guys and don’t pay a service fee, they WILLNOT fix your door, they’re just in the business of selling you a new opener whether it’s fixable or not.
