I didn’t use the storage facility myself but went with my buddy. The whole auction was run awesome. They seemed well trained, friendly and acted as if they liked their jobs. Not many people act that way these days.

So I didnt actually use this exact location, I went to the one in Morrisville but I wanted to give you all a heads up. If you are planning on only renting storage for a month this is a great deal. You pay $ 1 no matter what size you need for the 1^st month, a $ 20 one time admin fee, and you’re not obligated to rent the storage for any amount of time except that month. There are a couple of catches I must warn you of. You have to get insurance, the least expensive one was $ 8 a month ($ 2000 coverage) which was what I got. The 2^nd one is you have to have a lock ready at the time you rent, if you don’t then you must buy one of their locks which are overpriced. So bring your own.(I happened to have one in my car) Its a little shady bc I spoke to a person just to double check the legitimacy of the offer before coming in person and they didn’t tell me abt the insurance requirement or the policy to have a lock at time of the agreement. They tell you piece by piece as you sign and initial each little agreement. I still recommend it though bc its a great deal still if you come prepared. I got a 10 by 15 storage unit which I will only keep for a month for abt $ 30 when its really abt $ 160+ and insurance cost a month to rent that size storage. Also you must provide a 2 day notice before vacating the unit. Come prepared and it’ll be worth it.
