I live off of Davis Dr and wanted to give this place a try. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Pizza wasn’t that great. Ordered a large with half supreme and half margarita. Had better pizzas elsewhere. Their slices are ginormous. Saw raving reviews about their garlic knots so gave that a try too. Eh nothing special.

A contender(in my book) for best pizza in the Triangle! I love doughy crust. They have great deals too. I’d highly recommend trying this place!

I’ve been visiting Randy’s since the late 90’s at the MLK Blvd store in Durham… When we moved to our current home here I was delighted that we had a Randy’s so close(and that delivered!). Over the past four years it has been up and down — there were a lot of inconsistencies from time to time — especially in 2013. At that time I wrote an email to them via their website. I got a quick response from Randy himself sincerely apologizing and a generous offer to return. The last three or four times we have ordered from Randy’s they have been on point! Sometimes we will go months and be «good»(on our diets) and not get anything but we’ve been«bad» and ordered three times in the last month — every time was GREAT.(Steak and cheese sub, supreme pizza and stromboli) I think Randy does sincerely care about the service and food at each of his locations(he is no longer affiliated with the location on Miami Blvd, fyi). If you’ve had a bad experience I’d encourage you to use the contact link of the website to let them know and give them another try! If they keep up like they have been lately I will come back and go for five stars!

I’m sure it doesn’t really matter in the scope of your business, but tonight was my last time ordering from your business. I have been ordering from this Morrisville location at least once a week for over 3 years. Service has always left a lot to be desired, but the steak and cheese is the best around, so I’ve dealt with the MESSEDUPORDERS and the RUDESERVICE. BUT to forget to deliver my child’s meal, promise to be right back with it, then after 30 minutes of him waiting for his dinner I call back and am told very matter-of-factly that the food will not be delivered at all because you’re too busy and then state that you can only give me a store credit; NOT A REFUND a credit! Basically forcing me to do business with you again to get something for the money that I already paid you. NOTHANKYOU! You can just go ahead & keep the $ 10 «credit» for the food I paid for but never received & most of all choke on your damn pizza! In return I’ll keep my sanity & I’ll find somewhere else to dine that maybe has some respect and a grain of pride in how they decide to treat their regular costumers. No food is worth this type of disservice! ***UPDATE: Food was delivered an hour later along with a full refund for my order. But you still lost a regular customer. I shouldn’t have had to argue with your employees to get them to do the right thing!

After waiting 30 mins for my food and seeing everyone else that came in after me get served before my Philly cheesesteak came out with mayo and banana peppers when I specifically asked for no mayo and wanted bell peppers, not banana peppers. The staff was very rude when I said something about it. The cashier informed me that’s just how long it takes, and said you want another one? This was after I watched a woman the cook knew come behind me and order a cheesesteak that came out 10 minutes before mine. I decided not to wait for another 30 mins for a shitty cheesesteak that some jerk spit in. This place sucks, used to be decent a few years ago. I’ll never waste another penny in that dump

I think, perhaps, that I am just not a New York City pizza kind of girl. Keep that in mind as you read this review. My boyfriend was dying to go to Randy’s so we went. He comes to this location often for lunch and provided me with his experiences as well. First, I read previous reviews about the bad service. We had great service. Very prompt and friendly. Boyfriend said that when he comes in for lunch he always gets friendly service. I found the pizza to be just OK. We ordered a large. It all had extra cheese and then we did half pepperoni and half with jalapenos. My boyfriend loved his pepperoni half. We both agreed that there were far too many jalapenos on mine making it overly spicy. For one soda(boyfriend had water), a side salad, and a large pizza the bill came to around 35.00. I know the pizzas are huge, but I seriously felt ripped off. The salad was about what you would expect. Just some mediocre lettuce with croutons and grated cheese. Nothing special. I kinda expected that when I ordered it, but I was starving and wanted something fast. I’m not interested in going here again. It’s just not my thing. I think there are far better places to get pizza in the Triangle.

Going to be a regular takeout stop for us after stopping in for a pie tonight. Its NY style done right and isnt overly greasy. Definitely a good pie that I would recommend with crispy crust and it was ready when they said and the staff couldnt have been nicer.

Best Pizza I have ever had outside of NY! They make a delicious pie and I would even say it’s better than a lot of pizza places in NY. Perfect blend of thin crust, light sauce and lots of cheese!

This place has gone downhill. Granted, the pizza is still good(hence 2 stars) but the service is terrible. Rude workers acting like they are bending backwards to take your order and make your pizza. That said, I could usually put up the crappy service. When I deal with someone rude, I treat them the same way. When I get the attitude, I give it back. Just don’t do that at places where they make your food in the back. Here I watch the guy making my pizza like a prison guard and I make make sure he notices it. I let out weird noises often so he looks my way and sees my watching him. It works quite well. Anyways, those days are over. After today I am not going there. Even though this place is just around the corner, I will drive 10 minutes to the one on Miami. What did it for me that the last 4 times I went there(today being the last time), they don’t have pizza already made. I get the sorry, we just sold the last 2 slices. First time, I thought the dude was joking but he was not. He said it will be 10 – 15 minutes and I decided to wait but I still did not have my pizza 25 minutes later. The next 3 times, same story. Sorry we just sold the last 2 slices(it’s never just 1). and this is early in the afternoon(3ish), not early morning or late at night right before they close. Now Randy’s is known around here for their slices of pizza where you go to get a quick slice of pizza but this place has managed to ruin that. I am not wasting my time any more and will just drive past it to the other one. And I won’t get the attitude. It’s too sad to see them ruin their good business like this.

Great pizza, terrible service. I ordered delivery in early July(2015). When the pizza was delivered, I realized that I’d been overcharged by about 25%. Since someone else in my house signed for the pizza, I had to call Randy’s to try to sort out the overcharged amount. The issue took several phone calls, during which I was finally referred to the manager Reuben. Messages were left for Reuben, but he’s never returned the call and the overcharging was not resolved on their end. If you’re looking for great pizza and don’t mind putting up with C-level service, then Randy’s is your place.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I’ve been a fan of Randy’s since I moved here in 2012. Started at Alexander Place location… migrated to the location on Miami Blvd. Love both places. The location on Davis? My 1st time in there will be my last. I waited 40 minutes for my 10 — 15 minute order. 6 knots and a medium Supreme. Granted, a Friday night at 6pm is gonna be slammed. The two young ladies I spoke with were professional. When I asked about my order since it had been 40 minutes AND other to go orders had come and gone, she asked a short /older man making pizza about the order. «It’s not the only damn pizza I’m making here!» was his biting reply. I waited for another few minutes before I decided I’d rather eat a frozen pizza from the grocery than watch him be a bully, watch the ladies avoid eye contact with both him and me, and watch the other customers look around for the cause of the commotion. I left hungry, angry at the guy with the attitude, and sorry that the ladies had to deal with his crap attitude. I hope my food did not taste too bitter because that’s how it was made.

Large New York Style crispy thin crust pizza is cooked well and toppings are fresh for a slice of pie for lunch with a salad and beverage for only $ 6.99 The salad is generous in a big black bowl with a thick topping of shredded cheese. Self serve soda is clean and well maintained. Tables and dine in area are clean even with self bussed tables to clean up after your meal.

I really dislike the crust and lack of sauce on these pizzas. Dry is the adjective that comes to mind. The cheese seems subpar too. If I had to say something nice, I’m glad salt, pepper, garlic and parm cheese are available — they bring some life to the pizza.

This pizza used to be one of the best in the area. Now the service is terrible and the pizza is disgusting. I have no idea what happened to the original staff who actually cared and made a delicious pizza. It is way to thin, with no sauce and barely any cheese. We have even been left waiting for over and hour when we were eating in and they had never called our name. Stuck the pizza in the box and left it on top oven. This has happened more than once. Then when the mistake is realized they hand you the box of pizza with no offer to remake or even just to reheat. Not even a simple apology. I don’t see myself or my family ever going to this pizza place again. Its a shame as the original pizza we used to look forward to having is no longer available.

We had a group and they were busy, so we had to be patient, but it was worth it. The Lasagna pizza was excellent. We will stop again when we are in town for a game. Only disappointment was no Garlic Knots. They were out. Something to look forward to next time.

Absolutely looove this place! The pizzas are reasonably priced & excellent! So far, we’ve tried the Lasagna pizza & the Kickin’ Hawaiian pizza… both were incredible. The toppings were fresh & the crust is thin & crispy to perfection! The only negative is that their delivery takes four times as long as carry-out :(

I ordered a veggie pizza. There are a lot of indian origin people in Triangle and their worker knows this. He joked that pepperoni pizza with vegetables is ready for me. Upon my reaction, he started laughing. Most people regardless of their origin or religion don’t like to hear jokes about their food or the jokes about what they didn’t want or ordered. That was the last time I visited. If you don’t hire good people that respect customers, I take my business elsewhere. It’s that simple.

Love, love this pizza! Having lived for three years in Connecticut I did not expect to find anything to match NY pizza, but this lives up to my heightened pizza standards! Crust is so soft and tasty. Beware if you get pizza by the slices because the slices are huge! Also weird thing, there is one Randy’s Pizza in the Triangle that appears to be completely unrelated to all the others(separate website). So make sure you are going to/ordering from the right one!

Ok so if this is the best pizza in the triangle, I guess we won’t be eatin that much pizza anymore. This pizza was super dry, we ordered two pies and what we ate was the cheese and that’s about it. Please stop being stingy on the sauce. The pizza itself looks really good when you get it. The slices are good sizes but once you take a bite, that’s where your content facial expression disappears. I hate to say but I would rather get Papa Johns. Both are really bad bit at least Papa johns is cheap
