Cypress Rv & Mobil Home Park

We don’t usually stay at RV parks, but traveling home during the holidays we found our usual spot at Montana del Oro was completely full. It was getting dark and there were no Wal-​Marts nearby to park and sleep, so we started calling around the Morro Bay area. This was the second call we made (other was way too pricey).
From the start on the phone, the manager was great. Very accommodating and efficient. When we got there after hours, she quickly got us checked in, provided a map, information about the area and led us to our spot with a flashlight. After being out on the road, mostly dry camping, for close to two weeks having full hook-​ups and the included dump station in the morning was great.
The sites were very pleasant (we usually avoid RV parks due to the proximity to others and ‘stall’ feeling) and even though we were right on top of someone else — he seemed a bit paranoid, as he quickly drew in his outdoor steps once we arrived and were hooking up our rig (it made me laugh actually!) — the spaces were very nicely designed and clean. Once we closed the blinds, it didn’t matter.
Aside from the cleanliness and quietness, the location was really great. I took a brisk, early morning walk along the Embarcadero in the morning — it’s literally two blocks away. Very nice find and excellent mgr (forget her name, but she had a German-​sounding accent).

Clean, quiet RV park, within walking distance to everything Morro Bay offers. We stayed one month and would definitely return.

The location alone is awesome. Close enough to the embarcadero and beach to walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay here and will definitely visit again. Our view of The Rock was incredible!

Friendly manager, walked me around and showed me the place. They have put effort into making it look nice and it shows. It is a medium walk from the water but not difficult. Only complaint is the lack of a way to dry my hands in the restroom. We will stop here again next time we roll through town.

I stayed for two days at this park last weekend. The manager, Bettina was very accommodating, as was the other gentleman who checked me in after they closed.
The bathrooms are older but kept very clean. If anyone besides me used them I couldn’t tell.
There is a community clothesline, washer/​dryer and a double basin sink in the washroom.
It’s not a Hilton but I was very happy with my stay there and would recommend them to anyone.
