Dolly’s Donuts, Morro Bay!!! Oh believe me, if you’re a fellow donut connoisseur(yep I said that word referring to glazey dough) you’ll RUN over there, asap. The hub and I are always in search of the perfect maple bar. Dolly’s WINS. Their apple fritter is unbeatable as well. Our m.o. is always the same, one maple bar, an apple fritter and 12 glazed donut holes. Coffee, black. Service there is no game, they are all about your prompt satisfaction, every visit. Don’t let the fact that it’s packed turn you away. Wait it out. You’ll be GLADYOUDID!

I can’t believe I’ve been going here so long and have yet to grace them with their deserved 5 stars. Basically every donut here is amazing(fine, the cronut is so-so, but that’s what I think of most cronuts anyway), so I’m going to tell you all you need to know in the next sentence. Apple Fritter. bam. done. we can now have world peace. the end.

This is an old fashioned, family owned donut shop. Great selection of classic donuts and pastries. As far as I am concerned, best donuts in town. They also have cronuts. I love their cinnamon rolls too.

Small and inconspicuous donut shop near the Morro Bay Community Center that sells really good buttermilk donuts and bear claws. Really inexpensive. Probably not a good thing if you’re health conscious. Add a cup of coffee with a couple of donuts and it still amounts to about $ 3. What a steal!

Dolly’s Donuts is a fabulous donut shop! They are a family run business and they offer donuts, croissants, bagels, coffee, soda and the list goes on and on. If you go there for breakfast there will be something there that everyone likes. They have all the classic donuts and also unique ones like a bacon maple bar or cronut. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! :)

There is a Dolly’ Donuts in Paso Robles that is separately owned. The donuts houses are very similar with this place having just a little of a sweeter taste. I ordered 48 donuts so far on 2 visits and all of them were great. Nice staff and a great location.

This place is awesome. Small businesses like Dolly’s should be the mainstay of this country instead of corporate chains run by Regional Managers. A wild variety of donuts offered to the public and boy, they’re all great!

Dolly’s has the best donuts I’ve ever had. Definitely get them early in the morning when they’re still warm and melt in your mouth. Soooo amazing!

Came here for the Cronut; which is a cross between a croissant and a donut. The lady was nice but to the point. She asked if I needed help, packaged up my Cronuts, rang me up, and then went back to what she was doing. All business. The Cronut was delicious! So flaky and soft. Very sweet!

Had the maple old fashion. Very light and fluffy cake type, with a crunchy exterior. Well worth several more visits to explore more of their tasty treats! A very helpful, cheery owner, who obviously is proud of her pastries-as she should be.

We were visiting the area and had a spur of the moment craving for donuts. We looked to find the hours of operation but there was none. We called and the owner answered the phone and indicated they closed at 1pm on Sundays and its now 545pm on Sunday! He told us to come on by the shop and he’ll serve us! Great customer service, great donuts at a reasonable price! Thanks guys!

We were camping at nearby Morro Bay State Park and wanted donuts for breakfast. Dolly’s was perfect, easy to get to, good prices, and really good. The bear claw was awesome. The donuts are very light, even the cake donuts weren’t too heavy.

I’m a fan of Dolly’s. Their donuts are a little different — almost like they make them with yellow cake mix — but it’s still a good time. Great apple fritter. Get there early!
