Hands down Roots to Locks Salon in Morro Bay has talented stylists! Kim has had her business for many, many years. Personally I have started seeing Robert for my hair needs. He gets it! Not only will he listen to you and give you exactly what you want, he will not let you go until he sees that «smile» on your face. I will add a picture to show what I mean. So… if you are a local, or just passing through town and are in need of a hair cut, color, or nails done… this is the place to go. I am so happy that I found them… but hey don’t take my word for it, go see Kim or Robert yourself and get happy!
