Once again another bad experience at this location. They left items out of my order as usual and gave me an attitude about it. The customer service here absolutely sucks, there’s one guy that works there however that’s always polite and friendly but one good employee out of them all is still sub par

Someone whose license was recently suspended asked me if I would run them up the street to the KFC, and since Im such a nice person, I did.
This is probably the friendliest KFC I’ve been to in years, I’m talking Chick-​fil-​a friendly, thanking me for my order, asking me if I prefer condiments and suggesting that I have a good day as I pull off from the drive thru.
All my food was hot and fresh. I mean it was actually fresh, and I don’t feel like I’ve gotten fresh food from the KFC this year. And my order was correct!
I don’t spend a lot of time in Morrow, but if I did, I’d surely come back here. It was finger licking good.

Quick in & out. This is one of the new revamped KFC locations so it looks nicer that the others. Food is the same as always, i’d catch them during a sale to get the best prices…

Service was quick and the food was great. Typical KFC but with a lot better service! I didn’t realize it until I left, but the wall décor has changed since someone posted a picture of the interior and posted it here on Unilocal
