Asked for my veggie sandwich to be grilled and got all the way home to find out that it wasn’t. I went back to the shop and the manager grudgingly processed a refund not including the bag of chips that I ate on my way home with the wrong sandwich. No problem. I did eat the chips but throwing in the chips as a courtesy for their error was the least he could have done. Speaks to the way some people view customer service. It’s a sandwich shop with no mushrooms. Need I say more. Will never eat there ever again.

This sub shop has really fresh and delicious sandwiches! They slice their meat in house and the bread is always soft and fresh. If you like it spicy, ask for the hot pepper relish on your sandwich! It’s SO good!

I placed an online order which was not ready after 30 min when I arrived. I had to wait another 15 min and the order was still wrong. Several customers complained and left and their orders were wrong. There were 3 men who left after their orders were incorrect and two of them had been completed and not prepared correctly. The ownership/management has changed at this location. The staff was very insufficient and the restroom and general place/area was unkempt and unclean. Lastly all of the items in my order were not included that I purchased. The owner offered no apology and became defensive stating he was«doing the best he could». Until management is trained properly and/or removed. I will no longer visit this franchise and would advise you to avoid at all cost. The two men what walked out were regulars as I have seen them there before..

To be quite honest a sub shop should probably never earn anything higher than 3 stars — but because Lenny’s is such a good spot that’s a nice change of pace from Subway I feel that it’s necessary. I really enjoy this location as to find any decent food south of I-20 and in Morrow GA is pretty difficult and when I don’t want fried or cheap food I find this place to be a savior — and thus it earns 4 stars. The location is nothing to be excited about and the décor is weak but at the end of the day they provide solid food with good service.

Checked out this place today. I ordered the hot Italian sub, it was delicious. If you want a solid sub I recommend.

I was in Morrow GA for business and I hadn’t eaten all day and was starved!!! I decide to order on line to save time, like I said I’m starving. So I went to place an order and you must setup an account, fair enough. I setup my account and place an order. The time is 3:55 p.m. The e-mail notification for the order tells me my order will be ready at 4:20. So I arrive at Lenny’s only to find that THEYARECLOSED!!! Since I didnt have their number I had to go back to my hotel and call. A women answered. I advised her that I placed an on line order and when I got to the store they were closed. She told me she had to close the store for 30 min. because they were out of bread and she had no help. UGHHH. I asked when I could pickup my order? She said 5pm! So I arrive at 5pm… door is locked. I wait for another 15min… door still locked. I call 2 times at 10min between calls… no answer!!! Now I am a very laid back person and was very polite to the women(the time I did actually get to talk to someone) but I was pissed! Did I mention I was hungry??? Horrible customer service.

I was actually going to another sub shop, but stumbled across Lenny’s. Situated in a strip mall area, there’s plenty of seating, but if you come in anytime around noon, be prepared to stand in line a solid 12 to 15 minutes from order to check out. The wait isn’t a bad thing, because it’s cool to see the meat slicer pull out all the varieties of meats and slice them up… no pre-sliced eats here. I like that they keep to the basics on toppings here. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and hot pepper relish are what come standard on each sandwich, and every veggie was fresh, crisp. I think it’s because they have a nice lid covering all of the veggies from air. Speaking of, the regular sandwich(white or wheat) is 7 inches long, and the large is 15. I got«combo 2», the italian regular on wheat, with a drink and chips for just over $ 8. I can’t remember all the meats put on this sub, but there were about four different cuts. Very friendly and personable staff, although I would have liked more flavor out of the sub I had, but i’ll give it this place another shot.
