McNess Heating & Air fixed a job that was botched by another company (let’s call them R&B). After 1 year and 1 month, my furnace went out. McNess came the next day, identified the problem and FIXED IT the same day. He was professional and very respectful. He also informed me that the other company set up a single stage thermostat that would never allow us to use both stages of our heat. So glad he came out and we’re having him back to install the correct thermostat.
