Taco Bell

Service at this location is mediocre at best, and I’ve given them more than one opportunity to prove me wrong. Would only patronize here again in a tight pinch. Along with this they don’t give attention to your order. On three out of five occasions some elements of my order were found to be delivered incorrectly when I got home.

I’m not a fan of fast food, but sometimes if you need a quick bite, there isn’t much of a choice. My fruit and granola bars only last so long. I’ve been to this location a few times for their taco surpremes, because they have veggies and lite meat. The restroom here is never stocked, as you can see from the pictures. I just use the sanitizer, which does work, soap would be ideal and they don’t have paper towels.
The last time I came here at about 9pm, two employees were working, no manager was on duty. I had to wait about 15 minutes until the guy who was making the orders for the drive through could take my order, while the other worked the drive thru. No one else was inside but those two and myself.
The guy took my order and made it, five minutes later the manager and 2 others come in laughing, the manager walks past with the others and that’s it. I go and eat and leave. Those two had no help whatsoever and personally, at this time when the drive thru is busy the manager should stay on duty. Whatever the manager needed, the one of the four employees could of gone to get and no, they didn’t leave to get soap, or paper towels for the restrooms.
As others have stated, this place is old and worn down and should be rebuilt. It’s probably 30+ years old and has been a dozen of other restaurants.
The health score is okay, but I doubt I’ll be back. The manager is lucky they have those two employees. One of them would be a better manager.
As for the food, it is what it is. Just some calories for expenditure.
