Uncle Bob’s Self Storage

I had a wonderful experience at this location the lady was very helpful and pleasant I would recommend this location to all my friends.

Uncle Bob’s is about the fourth or fifth storage facility I’ve used in the Atlanta area in the last 15 years. Companies I’ve worked at and and friends have all used everything from the Ark in Norcross to O’Storage in Marietta, to several Uhaul facilities around town. I’ve seen the best and close to the worst.
In my case, my old unit was in an OK facility but none of the units were climate controlled and security was not as tight as it could have been. With the summer heat coming, a search began to find something better, with climate control.
Saw the Uncle Bob’s facility while cutting through the neighborhood and decided to drop in just to see what they had to offer. Sometimes face-​to-​face works. Right from the driveway, the first thing I noticed was that the place is neat and tidy and spotless. This is always a good sign and means somebody cares.
The manager went over what they had available and quoted me a great price on an inside unit. Since I had already done research on what I wanted and what it would cost in this market, the offer worked out to be right where I wanted it with great first-​month discounts. Friendly staff, a good deal, and again, the super clean facility sealed the deal. Security seems very tight with fenced ceilings in the units and cameras everywhere. This is exactly what I wanted in a facility.
Did I mention it’s spotless? Seriously this may be the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen.
Use of a rental truck was included in the move-​in so I promptly emptied my old unit across town and hauled all my stuff to Uncle Bob’s. The truck was a huge help.
Possibly the only downside is that they don’t offer 24-​hour access, but on the other hand, I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I needed, much less wanted access to my storage unit after 10:00PM. So I think the hours will work out fine. Being an inside climate-​controlled space, I won’t have to visit as much to check on things.
Time will tell if my first impression stays but right now, this place is definitely five-​stars. Highly recommended.
