Satisfied with care of the doctors, however the support personnel tends to be rude. (front desk, xray, medical assistants). When high volume makes you lose the compassion and care of the patient, then it’s best for you to find a different carreer. Some of my encounters were just plain rudeness. I had a xray from a female who made no eye contact, rudely stated «follow me» and briskly walked down the hall not even checking to see how far behind I was. All supprt personnel needs to take a refresher course on patient care!

Love Jim and Cora! Jim has a great sense of humor for a vampire! Love everyone here. I have always been afraid of needles, but I have definitely gotten over that! Caring, compassionate, cool people!!!

Jim and Cora are great! Very kind and compassionate. They have a wonderful way of putting you at ease while sticking you with an IV needle! :)
