Very kind staff. The coffee is usually brewed and easy to go. The place is clean and the carts are always easy to find. Sign up as a business account and get exclusive 24-hour access to the facility.

Awesome! I would totally recommend Life Storage in Morton Grove. My storage unit was very clean and totally secure. The store managers, Jerry and Nancy were incredible! They were always prepared to answer any questions I had, and helped me with the entire process! They would also give me a courtesy call to remind me my payment was due so I would avoid any late charges! They made the overall experience wonderful! Thank you, Jerry and Nancy!

What more can you ask for? Life Storage in Morton Grove is clean, safe, well lit and the staff is extremely friendly. Jerry and Nancy made the decision easy. I have had my furniture there for a few months and never question that it is in a safe and secure facility. Plus, they always have a deal going on. Highly recommend.

My family and I are relocating to London and we needed a storage unit… fast. I rented the unit without seeing the facility first. Just as advertised… very clean and very secure. In fact, it’s the nicest storage facility I’ve seen. I worked with Jerry over the phone to get everything in place. He was very professional and timely in his follow up. Very competitive pricing and I recommend giving them a call.

I love these people. Seriously. We spent an entire Saturday morning recently trying to find a storage place in the burbs for some extra things we had and who knew this could be such a pain? We went to three other places(2 Public Storage locations and and 1 Lock-Up) and this was honestly a last ditch effort before just setting our extra stuff on fire. We Googled the location and called the place to make sure they were a storage place(you never know, lots of old people in this area! :P) and were instantly impressed by the customer service just on the phone. So that made us hopeful. Once we got there, we were sold. 1. Free coffee and water — nice when you are parched from driving around all day! 2. This place is immaculate — so clean and bright — it’s like they just opened, but they’ve been here for at least a year. 3. Pricing is good — we prepaid for 12 months and got some deals on 50% of some months and some free months. For a total of 14 months, we pay about $ 40/month for a 5X5. For climate controlled, that is pretty awesome. Also, the unit is pretty tall too, so if you can lay stuff on it’s side(like a couch), plenty of room. 4. They don’t push insurance on you like they do at Public Storage. We like that since most of the stuff we are storing doesn’t have high monetary value. 5. You drive into a garage, and then unload your stuff. Key for rainy days or when it’s cold. 6. Customer service is AWESOME — very nice people and make it really easy to get this stuff done. 7. If you have a semi-truck(ours was in the shop), they have a load in dock for you too. Would absolutely recommend.
