Rich: «YES, Rich the handyman, ABOUT WHAT?»
Me: «I found you from your website, I just wanted to find out about snow removal service?»
Rich: «I don’t do that anymore»
Me: «ok…thanks»
He barked at me the whole call. Not professional at all.
