Re-volt Electric LLC

Had a generator «installed» and supposedly wired to our house circuitry. The installer did not test his work and had little to no knowledge about the generator itself. Upon our first power outage we we were shocked to discover the the plug installed by Re-​volt did not fit cord from generator. After 2 days of phone calls finally received a call back and visit from Re-​volt. The «huh» from the electrician spoke volumes, and then proceeded to go to home depot to replace plug. Then he tried to start generator to no avail. After 3 more days of emails and phone calls with sporadic response was told the generator they installed was not their responsibility, so in other words an actual working generator should not be your expectation when hiring re-​volt. Much better idea to go through a licensed electrician representing the generac company or whichever brand of generator you buy.
