Great place to get a good breakfast. Small and limited in seating so it can be a bit crammed. Other than that, they have good service and high quality food.

We had a fabulous breakfast this morning. My husband and I ordered the same thing… felt so boring but so glad we didn’t have to share. Haha! Scramble with avocado, tomatoes, bacon and chèvre. Nummy. My cappuccino was the best! Easy, college town vibe. Super nice waitstaff. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait 20 – 30 mins for a table. Well worth a wait.

I’m personally forever smitten with Bloom. Maybe they had me at quiche of the day– the light, fluffy miracles crafted on a soft crust with an ever present choice of meat or veggie quiche. Maybe it was the soup of the day, whether it was sweet carrot ginger or potato leek or a good potage. They also have pot pies and crepes to die for. The coffee is good and hot, the waitstaff is polite and timely, and the chefs are a godsend. I might head over now, haha!

Very good place for breakfast. It’s cool there’s two great breakfast places just a couple blocks from each other right in Moscow. We had their cinnamon swirl type pancakes that were even better than they sounded. Great free coffee waiting outside it there’s a line too. They obviously value their customers.

Long wait on WSU Dad’s weekend but totally worth the wait! Pork tenderloin with Cougar Gold cheese grits and kale, chorizo scramble and hot potato doughnut holes. Highly recommend

We ate at the breakfast club the day prior but wow, Bloom blew us away. It was amazing. You can tell everything is fresh and made from scratch. The potatoes are to die for, the bread is perfect, and the coffee is flowing! Definitely a must visit in the Moscow area.

Would have been nice if they honored their waiting list. Will not come here again. They talk nice, but after our full estimated wait time, offered to seat us outside at wet tables on a breezy, cloudy damp day. Very disappointing. Ended up leaving. A waste of an hour!

hey, this is a pretty cool place. we crashed for lunch and some of the sammies were huge. me… i saw some comfort food and went for it. i had a savory pot pie. it was not bad and being a college town, it was more than affordable. a lot of my party had the reuben, which was huge and accompanied by a mound of fries. several people couldn’t put it away. a ton of food. it’s not a huge place and because there were a lot of us, the rush hour made it a bit difficult to hear. but i thought it was a fun place and i would do this again.

What a fabulous find during my quick business trip! I’m a breakfast person at heart, so the menu made me very happy. Ordered the breakfast salad with Cougar Gold on top, a caramel cappuccino, and a potato donut. Got a bit of work done using the wifi. The salad was absolute perfection. Arugula, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, truffle dressing?! Why I have I never thought of combining these things before? I will be attempting to make something similar at home and will probably fail horribly. Took the donut to go. Devoured it in a cinnamon-sugar cloud of gluttony. Not one compliant. Can I take this place home with me to Portland?

Service was very slow but the waitress was apologetic which goes a long way. Plus, she made an amazing cappuccino! The food was very good. We had the crepes… light, just sweet enough, and we also had an omelet with mushrooms and Gruyère. Super tasty, not huge portions which is great when you’re traveling and can’t take home leftovers! This space is absolutely adorable. I imagine it would be a great place for a date night, too! We’ll be back.

While visiting family in Moscow, ID, we decided to have brunch at this cute little eatery. The food was delicious and the service was great! Great options for both kids and adults. I had a smoked salmon scramble with goat cheese and it was fresh, creamy and full of flavor, definitely recommend this dish. The strawberry preserves were fresh and the consistency which was different from what I’m used to… it was like a purée and was super yum on the gluten free toast. My 6 year old had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and he almost finished it which is a rare occasion. My 10 year old had an egg biscuit sandwich with bacon and ham and he devoured it and said he would start eating eggs for breakfast… he even tried the arugula and tomato salad. He also commented that the hot chocolate was delicious… my kids are hard to please when it comes to food. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Moscow.

I adore this breakfast and lunch spot for brunch on the weekends or a quick lunch with a friend on weekdays. Eggs Benedict is made with real home made hollandaise and the coffee is delish. Highly recommend.

I recently made the trip out to Lewiston, ID to visit my best friend Katy R. She attended U of I and is an expert on all things Moscow, ID, so it just made sense that we would eventually find ourselves exploring this cool college town. Enter Bloom… Bloom is a cute little breakfast joint. Bloom has awesome service and even better FOOD! I ordered the smoked salmon benedict with hollandaise, served with breakfast potatoes($ 11) and Katy ordered the biscuits and gravy with an over-easy egg($ 9) and then we split some brioche french toast with fresh fruit and cream($ 9). Everything was delicious — great portions and great prices. Breakfast is always a struggle for me — I usually want something savory, but sometimes find myself craving something sweet. Luckily, Katy and I solved that problem by ordering everything we wanted! The brioche french toast was fantastic — the hollandaise on my smoked salmon benedict was perfection and that smoked salmon… ahhhhh! If you ever find yourself in Moscow, ID… check out Bloom!

What a disappointment! I was in town visiting a friend for WSU homecoming weekend. This place was specifically recommended for breakfast/brunch. We arrived around 11:45AM and were seated within 15 minutes outside. It was pretty busy(as it was Sunday) but the service we received outside was quite lacking. It took a long time for us to even get water. We ordered our food and waited over an hour for it to come. The server hardly came outside to check on us and I finally had to flag him down to check on our food. When it finally arrived the egg on my salad was cold(see the photo — one of the tomatoes on top was pretty gross looking too), my toast was soggy, and my friends’ biscuits and gravy and omelet were both luke-warm. We also had to wait another few minutes before the server came back with utensils so we could actually eat. I am a patient person. I realize that on a Sunday it will be busy — but we witnessed several parties inside that came in after be served, eat, pay, and leave before our food arrived. The table next to us outside had the same experience. My biggest complaint is that our server should have been proactive about checking on our food. I had to start asking about the food(and so did the table next to us) before anyone gave us an update. In the end we spent nearly an hour and a half at our table waiting for our food, and then the check. We were comped 30%, but that wasn’t worth the hassle. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and after the long wait the food wasn’t even warm.

My party and I went here when the breakfast club was busy on Easter Sunday. The wait here wasn’t too long and the menu had pretty appetizing options. The staff and our waitress were great hosts and the atmosphere is very serene and urban. I ordered the Brioche French toast with the fruit and cream. By far some of the best French toast I have ever had. The toast was light and fluffy and the taste of the fruit was ever so fresh. The cream and the maple syrup was frothy and fluffy and was an excellent touch to the overall dish. The breakfast club has a run for their money, this place is a great option to relax and have a nice meal.

Everyone recommended The Breakfast Club in Moscow, but I enjoyed breakfast here more. The egg scramble with chorizo was delicious and the toast was awesome(the bread appeared homemade… if not, I’d like to know where Bloom buys it!). My wife had the brioche French toast and also really enjoyed it. I had a bite and again, the bread was fantastic. I will definitely return to Bloom soon for breakfast. If you are in Moscow or Pullman, check it out.

That moment. That moment where everything is right. Where you feel at peace with the world and you know that nothing done leading up to this moment was done in vain. That every party to it knew their part and played it well. The pig. Always giving and never taking. Providing the scrumptious and savory salt and grease dripping meat that now coats the lining of our stomachs. The baker. Spending hours upon hours of care and tenderness to provide the love embodied biscuits. The butcher. Taking ever so much care to slice, and grind the sausage and tenderly and delicately blend it in with the gravy. The cook. Using delectable spices and herbs to coat and garnish the egg that drapes over the wonderful ensemble that Madeleine gingerly placed in front of us. Needless to say. Breakfast was incredible.
