I would not recommend Desert Graphics to anyone for any type of work. My experience with them started out great but in the end, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a graphics/printing company. I needed labels printed that would later be sewn onto towels. I provided Desert Grapics with the all the assets they would need to execute the printing. This included — the artwork, my only sample of the towel that we would later sew the labels onto, and an image of a mock-up to illustrate exactly how the label should be printed. This mock up clearly illustrated the size we were looking for based on the placement. I entrusted Desert Graphics to recommend the appropriate size label to match the mock-up since I gave them my ONLY towel sample. In the end, the labels were much too small — the quality of the labels was great but the size was a big issue for us. They did not match the mock up that I provided for reference ATALL. When I called to have this issue rectified, I found out that there was a HUGE lack in communication. I found out that there were only two size options for the labels — 2 inches or 5 inches. This was complete news to me — I was under the impression that the labels could be printed any size that we wanted/needed to match the mock up. They took it upon themselves to make the decision on the size of the labels and NEVER informed me. Since I am the client, that decision should have been left to me — not them. You would think that because they had a huge lack of communication on their end, they would have offered some kind of refund or something to resolve the issue. Instead, the owner Bonnie gave me an attitude, she was extremely rude, and completely out of line with personal attacks. Bonnie has no professionalism and my experience with her was awful. There was no need to personally attack me, with inappropriate comments about me and the work I do. I have worked with many graphics/printing companies and have never experienced anything like this. Kay, who I dealt with day-to-day on the other hand was always very professional and never lashed out. However, because of her boss Bonnie, I will NEVER turn to Desert Graphics again and I warn everyone else. BRINGYOURBUSINESSELSEWHERE!
